Jessica Simpson’s Real Price of Beauty
VH1 better hope that Jessica Simpson’s new reality show does well or they may find themselves out on a lot of money to fix the failed country singer’s mug and will have nothing to show for it. The network is going to be shelling out almost $25,000 per episode to make Jessica “camera-ready”. A source revealed “She insists on using her own hair, makeup and fashion stylists, who are more expensive than JLo’s.” When asked for a comment on Jessica’s special beauty needs, her rep said “A budget was approved when the deal was made. All parties were satisfied.” I wonder what $25,000 worth of beauty looks like on her.

As I mentioned several posts back, Tyra Banks’ America’s Next Top Model bombed it’s premier episode.
According to the ratings, the two-hour Top Model premiere was down 11% from the February cycle and a hefty 32% less than the September 2007 series premiere.
Good thing for her, her other show is going great! The fourth season debut of The Tyra Banks Show, ranked in as number one with female viewers 18-34 – among all other talk shows! At least something in her life is going right. Good news for Ms. Banks.
According to show, she has some pretty interesting topics for this season.
She just opened up by stripping down to help women “feel better about them by helping them recognize their true beauty.”
And on the next episode, she’s going to talk about why some African American women “take drastic measures to change their skin tone by bleaching their skin to make it
lighter.”
She better get Michael Jackson for her show! Her ratings will definitely soar!

If you can call any music Paris makes sweet. Benji already recorded a song about Paris, and now he’s helping her with her music.
Seems he’s helping her come up with the theme song to her new MTV reality show My New BFF.Ă‚Â Paris says, “He’s helping me write the lyrics for the song and then I’ll sing it too.”
Oooh, if Paris is going to sing it, I can’t wait.
