Viral sensation Rebecca Black is set to drop her debut EP next month. The young pop singer is promising both fans and critics that she is serious about having a music career and is determined to prove that she’s not just a one-hit wonder. Rebecca said “It’s crazy to think [about 'Friday']. I was really nervous about ‘My Moment’ coming out because I thought, ‘I don’t think I’ll be able to even beat ‘Friday’ myself.’ … I wanted people to able to take me seriously because I felt like this would be the right thing to do. I wanted to start building what could be a really great career, but this industry, it’s so unpredictable: You could be the big thing for a month or four months, and then kind of fall off the face of the planet.”

Demi Lovato recently sat down for a live video chat with her fans, which was held at the Cambio Studios in Hollywood on Thursday. The 18-year old pop singer/actress was joined by her younger sister, “Desperate Housewives” actress Madison De La Garza. Earlier that day, Demi wrote on her Twitter “Yay! Can’t wait for my BIG-HUGE-INCREDIBLY-EXCITING announcement on my live chat today!!” If you didn’t manage to catch the live chat, the big news was that Demi announced that her new album will be dropping in stores on September 20. I can’t wait. I hope she has more songs that are along the lines of the very epic “Skyscraper”.

Although Kate Bush’s last record was released back in 2005, the singer has decided to put out a new album of music with her longtime label EMI later this year. Kate has released eight studio albums, all of which have charted within the top 10. So to say that she makes great music would be an understatement. With five years behind her, I’m expecting a lot of new things from her when it comes to her sound, lyrics and emotions. I wonder why it took her this long to decide to put another record out. Whatever her reasons, I’m just glad she’s back.

Lee Ryan stated that he will put his new album on his website for free downloading. The reason for this is because his record company is not willing to release the album. The new album is named “Confessions”. The component of the band Blue, expressed his disappointment on Twitter regarding his new single “ I Am Who I Am”, which reached only the position 33 in Great Britain. He wished the single could get a better feedback and he thinks his new album is great. The 27 years old singer stated that Blue will also come forth with new material very soon.

OneRepublic have just premiered the video for their new single “All The Right Moves.” The band takes the stage at a beautiful masquerade ball in the Wayne Isham (Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, Metallica) directed clip. “All The Right Moves” will appear on OneRepublic’s forthcoming album Waking Up due out on 11/17.

OneRepublic have unveiled the cover to their highly anticipated sophomore album Waking Up. In 2007, after seven years together as a band, OneRepublic took the world by storm with their debut release Dreaming Out Loud. The album included the smash first single “Apologize” which shattered digital sales and airplay records worldwide, and along with second single “Stop And Stare” propelled the album to platinum plus sales. Now the boys from Denver are back with a new set and a fall tour! Waking Up will be released November 17th on Mosley/Interscope Records.
