In spite of all he rumors Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are not thinking about getting engaged yet. After a USA magazine wrote an article about a so-called wedding of the two , Liam’s press agent stated that the information is not true. The magazine wrote that Miley and Liam are so true to each other that we can hear by now the wedding bells. But this is not the first speculations about an engagement between the two stars. In January 2010 everybody was thinking that the Hannah Montana star will get married just because she was wearing a shiny ring on her left hand. In last year’s September Miley herself stated that her relationship with Liam is not as serious as it seems to be.

Even her brother is confirming it. If Miley Cyrus was thinking of keeping this under wraps she’s going to have a hard time doing it because her brother Trace Cyrus has recently revealed that she and Liam Haemsworth are back together. This is what he said on the matter: ”We’re homies. I support my sister in anything she does. Everything is good. We’re tight, so that’s all the matters. Life is good, so I can’t complain.” Well he might be trying to be a little subtle himself, but it all points to the fact that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are an item once more. Maybe this time they’ll even manage to stay together.

Speaking of unlikely reconciliations, it looks like Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are going to be giving it another shot. However, the two seem to want to be as subtle about this as possible, probably in the event that it doesn’t work out anymore. This is what a source said about Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth getting back together: “They’ve been hanging out a lot. They’ve been trying to do it away from the cameras.” Unfortunately they haven’t been as subtle as they thought… but who can blame them with all of these prying eyes everywhere. Still, maybe the second time around will turn out to be a lot luckier for Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth.

It seems that Miley Cyrus’ father has stood true to his word and just as promised Billy Ray Cyrus has already submitted the papers through which he will retract his proceedings for divorce. This is what can be read on the papers submitted by Billy Ray Cyrus: “The Plaintiff does hereby take a voluntary nonsuit in this case as the parties are attempting a reconciliation and the same shall hereby be dismissed without prejudice. Costs shall be taxed to plaintiff.” So now Billy Ray Cyrus can get on with the not so easy task of putting the family back together… hopefully they will all prove cooperative in this endeavor.

The clan of Cyrus is probably rejoicing and basking in great merriment these days since the head of the household, Billy Ray Cyrus, is no longer getting a divorce. Apparently the country singer has decided that he wants to continue fighting the good fight for his family. This is what Billy Ray Cyrus had to say about dropping the divorce: “I’ve dropped the divorce. I want to put my family back together . Things are the best they’ve ever been.” Hopefully Tish Cyrus will feel the same way. This is probably going to make a certain former Disney star very happy.

According to sources, Miley Cyrus is still acting all flirtatious towards Kings of Leon member Jared Followill. Apparently, ever since the pop singer/actress and the rock star got cozy back at the EMAs in November, Miley’s been keeping up with flirting via text. A source said “Miley wants to keep Jared interested. She often sends him coy text messages. So far, he is a big fan of what she has been sending. He’s such a fan, in fact, he’s been bragging to his friends about her texts! Jared loves showing off his texts from Miley. He thinks she’s very pretty and is excited she’s still flirting with him.” Whatever.

It looks like the singer decided to call it wraps on her relationship with Liam Hemsworth, supposedly after a few photos emerged in which he was getting pretty close to a model named Yolanda Vendy. A source stated that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are no longer together, also adding the following: “If Liam and Yolanda were hooking up – it wasn’t cheating.” Well, well… it looks like the sources are taking sides now. Oh, for the good old days when the info was objective and impartial. But Miley Cyrus is probably better off… after all, she has bigger concerns these days.

Even though she was not a presenter nor was she nominated, Miley Cyrus decided to show up to the 2009 Academy Awards which were held on Sunday. The Disney star was even one of the very first to hit the red carpet. And you just have to wonder what the heck she was thinking by wearing that dress. She does not look like a pretty flower. I bet that thing weighs like a ton too. Most people who just go to the Oscars for no apparent reason are the ones who just try to get attention anyway. It must be the sole purpose of the dress.

Miley Cyrus was involved in a photo controversy when some racially insensitive photos leaked online that showed the Disney star slanting her eyes and seemingly mocking Asian people. She then made a half-assed attempt at an apology a few days later. However, the Organization of Chinese Americans and several others didn’t buy into it and demanded a better apology. Miley has once again taken to her official fansite and posted another apology. She said “I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone. I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometime my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GODs ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be.”

Miley Cyrus wore a white strapless Marchesa gown with gold embroidery as she hit the red carpet at the 2009 Golden Globe Awards this past Sunday. On the red carpet, the singer and actress said “I am so excited, this has been a dream of mine forever. I was like, ‘I really hope I get asked to come to the Golden Globes.’ And then I actually got nominated, so that’s the biggest thing that could happen to a girl, especially as young as I am. It’s out of this world.” Unfortunately, Miley did not win the award for Best Song. Her song ‘I Thought I Lost You’ from the animated movie ‘Bolt’ got nominated.

What the heck was Miley Cyrus’ mom thinking? It’s one thing to let yourself out looking like a flashback from the 80s but why would you allow your daughters and their friends to go out dressed like you? The 16-year old Miley was seen out and about with her family as they went ice skating all dressed up in their finest hookerwear from the 80s. They all looked like they got their clothes from the corner of their mom’s closet. Everyone decided to dress up like crap, from mom to Miley to Justin Gaston, except for dad Billy Ray because he’s just too cool for that.

Fox’s Jill Hudson is refusing to comment on reports from an American Idol fan site that American Idol is canceling its annual charity event, Idol Gives Back. For the past two years, the Idol Gives Back special has collected donations to benefit needy kids in the US and in Africa. The specials have included such big acts as Bono and Miley Cyrus. The rumor is that the event has been canceled for this year. Why? Apart from the finale, it’s probably their most watched show. More viewers means more ratings means more money. They’re going to be losing on that one if they do decide to nix the special.

In a new interview, Miley Cyrus recently revealed that she would love to study photography in London and that she was inspired to do so by none other than Annie Leibovitz. It’s weird considering the whole family still continues to take digs at the photographer who supposedly created such a scandal for Miley. Miley said “I do want to come to London to study photography. I hear there are some really great art schools, so I would love to do that. I got to work with an amazing photographer. Leibovitz was amazing and so talented. And that’s what I want to do with my life. I would love to be a photographer. I would love to work with her again.” Here’s to hoping that Miley will leave Hollywood soon.

Miley Cyrus is supposedly getting some Oscar buzz for the song she co-wrote and performed for the Disney movie ‘Bolt’. The LA Times said that the song ‘I Thought I Lost You’ is a presumptive favorite in the category of Best Original Song. Miley performs the song with John Travolta in the movie. If I have to pray in every faith known to the world, I will, if they can all say that her song will not be nominated. If that can be granted, I’ll soon wish for Miley Cyrus to just fall off the face of the planet.

The star has recently declared that she loves spending time with the underwear model. She had this to say: “I love to spend the holidays with my friends. I think that Justin and I are really good friends, and we love hanging out and spending time together.” Justin however is not certain whether or not they will be together for the holidays: “I don’t know where she’ll be, but I hope she has a good time. I’ll probably be around somewhere and hanging with the family.” Everything looks all peachy, but a source had this to say about their relationship: “You start to think he’s in this for fame. She needed someone, and her father Billy Ray thought this was perfect for her image.” This all looks like some sort of arranged, well not marriage, but togetherness. And you’d think the habit had finally died with the disappearance of the royal classes.
