Singer Marc Anthony, who’s in a divorce with Jennifer Lopez, recently celebrated his birthday in a famous club in Miami and took the opportunity to display on his arm his new girlfriend.

Ariana is the daughter of Marc Anthony resulting from the relationship with Debbie Rosado, and Marc kept her well hidden until now. The party took place at Club 50 in Miami and more than 150 friends came to celebrate with Marc Anthony his 43rd birtday, while Jennifer Lopez has not appeared.

Lopez turned 40 in July, and said that all aspects of her life have changed.

“[Parenthood] totally changes your perspective on everything,” she said.

“You don’t come first anymore. There’s somebody else you care more about than yourself.”

She said she has now stepped down from the “hamster-wheel” of her multi-faceted professional life.

“I’m at a point in my life when I just don’t feel the need to put out anything unless I totally, absolutely feel it says what I want to say,” Lopez said about her music career.

Despite being married to hubby Marc Anthony for five years, she admitted that she is “still figuring [marriage] out as I go along”, and revealed that she has had “hard experiences and a lot of ups and downs and a lot of mistakes”.

“I’m old enough to know now that relationships take work. That’s it’s not an easy thing,” she said.

The source said “Jennifer’s party was very intimate, and there were a noticeable amount of empty seats when the dinner started. Jennifer was really irritated. She was fuming because people were late, and complained about it really loudly to Marc. Jennifer was visibly upset and embarrassed.”

J-Lo is shooting her first film in three years, in she which stars as Zoe, a woman who becomes pregnant with twins through in-vitro fertilisation, only to meet her dream man on the same day.

She has been filming the movie on location in New York since last month and has often been accompanied by her own 17-month-old twins Max and Emme.

When asked about her 40th birthday earlier this year, Lopez appeared reluctant to leave her 30s.

She said: ‘I don’t talk about it. And I don’t let Marc talk about it either!”
