Katie Holmes turns to her young daughter for fashion advice, the actress has revealed.

“Tom and I went to the Met ball a couple of years ago, and I had this beautiful red gown and these royal-blue shoes that I wasn’t planning on wearing. Suri made me put them on and so I was like, “Okay, I trust you,” the 31-year-old said.

Holmes explained that the home-schooled four-year-old already has her own distinct taste in clothes and the pair often alters outfits to her liking.

“I grew up the youngest of five, so there were a lot of hand-me-downs that I would change up. And Suri and I do that now with her clothes. Or rather, she does it.”

The Batman Begins star gushed about her tot’s natural talent in an interview with New York magazine, saying, “Whatever she wants to do, I know she’s going to be amazing at it.”

The daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes was spotted in New York with a tot-style trenchcoat over what looked like a shiny dance costume. She was wearing a pair of flat shoes reported to be Nike ballerina sneakers.

Photos show Suri holding an umbrella and braving the elements when she stepped out with her mum for a bite to eat.

The little girl’s penchant for fashion keeps her mother on her toes. But her taste for heels has drawn criticism.

Holmes recently defended the “kitten” heels, saying they were proper dancing pumps and perfectly safe.

“Like every little girl, she loves my high heels. They are actually ballroom dancing shoes for kids. I found them for her and she loves them,” Holmes said.

Looks like Tom’s career is not the only one going down.
Producers for Broadway’s All My Sons were hoping that having a big name celebrity in the show will help boost tickets sales, much like what Mario Lopez in A Chorus Line and Clay Aiken in Spamalot did.
According to news reports, ticket sales for Katie’s Broadway debut was far from what the producers expected. Producers are blaming the low ticket sales on Katie’s Dawson Creek days.
A unnamed source claims that “It’s not that Katie’s bad in the part. She’s good enough. The producers are just getting the feeling people still want to view Katie as sweet little Joey Potter.”
Like we would believe that; that show’s ancient history!

I guess Eva Longoria is a big Rhianna fan because she wants to be her apparently.  She showed up recently with a new short bob do.

All I can say, is no, no, no.  She looks so much older, if you ask me.  Who is she really trying to be?  Katie Holmes?  Maybe this is part of a secret plot to steal Tom Cruise away.  Maybe Tony Parker wants to be Tom Cruise?

I don’t know what’s going on, but this was one bad decision.
