Hilary Duff wants a small wedding
It seems that this is becoming a real fad nowadays… wedding photos must not be selling at such good prices anymore. Hilary Duff who recently got engaged to Mike Comrie has already begun the wedding plans with her new fiancĂ©e and has made it clear that she wants a small wedding. This is what Hilary Duff said on the matter: “We want to keep it small. Mike’s like, ‘Whatever you want!’ I want it to be traditional. I don’t want it to be too big and overwhelming, because I’m so small. A big dress would make me look like a big cupcake!” Right… so the size of the dress is also proportional to the size of the wedding… interesting rules Hilary Duff shares with us. But, since it’s the spirit of tradition… maybe she could have a joint ceremony with Carrie Underwood, that way the weddings themselves individually could be even smaller.

Hilary Duff and Carrie Underwood cheer on their men at the game between the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Ottawa Senators this past Wednesday at the Scotiabank Place in Ottawa, Canada. Hilary was there to support her Senators boyfriend Mike Comrie and Carrie was there for her own Senators boyfriend Mike Fisher. The two blondes may have been good luck charms for their guys as their team won over the Lightning, 3-2 in overtime. Carrie was even seen jumping up and down after her Mike scored a goal. These ladies sure love their hockey and they sure love their respective Mikes.

The actress has made an interesting confession about what happens at her boyfriend’s, Mike Comrie who plays for the NY Islanders, hockey games. Hilary Duff told about the fans that like to get her tempers up when she attends the games: “I like to sit in the audience, you know I don’t sit up in a box or anything, and people started to know that I’m sitting there, and they’ll be like ‘Mike sucks!’ Or they try to rile me up and I’m like, ‘Hey, watch it! I’ll come up there, you know.’ But I try to not be that crazy girlfriend.” All with great success so far, but one can’t hope but think of the day when Hilary Duff might lose it and go postal on the other hockey fans… would probably add an interesting sideline to the game itself.
