Radiohead to perform at the Grammy’s

Radiohead are in line to perform for the every 1st time at this year’s Grammy Awards and this has been officially confirmed by the band who have never previously performed at the annual music Oscar’s despite emerging winners on two occasions.
Radiohead have been nominated for 5 awards at this year’s glitzy prizegiving scheduled to be held on February 8. Big ticket names like Justin Timberlake, Paul McCartney, Jay-Z, T.I. and for unknown reasons Kanye West will perform at the show. How can Kanye West be asked to perform simply the idea baffles me.
Radiohead performing at the Grammy’s will be the only reason to be watching this year’s Grammy, they are super performers and I cannot understand why it has taken so long to get them on the stage at the Grammy till now. I LOVE Radiohead! You guys here ROCK!

Jennifer Hudson is back after the tragic deaths of her mother, nephew and brother last October. Her family members were allegedly killed by her brother-in-law who has already been charged for the killings. Hudson is one of the two former American Idol winners, the other one being Carrie Underwood, who will perform during the Grammy Awards next month. Hudson has also been nominated for three Grammys including Best R&B Performance By A Duo Or group With Vocals , Best R&B Album and Best Female R&B Vocal Performance. Aside from the Grammy’s Hudson is also set to sing the national anthem in the Tampa Super Bowl this February.
The other artists who are set to perform during the 51st Annual Grammy Awards on February 8 are the Jonas Brothers, Katy Perry, Kenny Chesney, Lil’ Wayne and Coldplay. Technically, it is the Super Bowl which will be Hudson first public performance after the tragedy. Hudson’s singing of the national anthem for the Super Bowl has already been confirmed by National Football League spokesman Brian McCarthy. The 27-year old singer and actress, who won the Oscar’s Best Supporting Actress category for her role in Dreamgirls, has released a self-titled album before the death of her family members. She has also appeared in Sex and the City as well as in The Secret Life of Bees.
