Jennifer Hudson has given Gap Inc. the okay to use a cheerful image of her in their new holiday ad campaign despite the terrible tragedy that recently shook her family. A GAP representative spoke with E! and assured them that though the singer is still in mourning, “She said she wanted to be a part of [the campaign] and that we should move forward.” Photographer Michael Thompson took the talented 27-year old actress/singer’s likeness for the ad which includes that tagline “Shine Your Own Star” in New York City this past July. Jennifer joins the campaign alongside the likes of Mary-Louise Parker, Mila Kunis, Milla Jovovich, Ashanti, Jason Bateman with his daughter Francesca, Jon Heder, Rainn Wilson, Cam Gigandet and several others.

Christina Aguilera is helping Macy’s out to celebrate a very special occasion – 150 glorious years in retail. The 27-year old bombshell singer posed for Rolling Stone photographer Mark Seliger in a series of commemorative photo’s for Macy’s birthday. Donald Trump, Martha Stewart, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein also posed for the store. All of the pictures will appear at Macy’s stores nationwide and in larger than life displays. While I can appreciate Christina’s big ad, I’m not really sure if I want to see The Donald’s pores the size of windows. Nor would I like to see just how many wrinkles there are on Martha’s face.

I do, I do…but then I’d have to become anorexic and work out crazily to be able to wear any of them.

Anyways, if you’re interested, seven pieces of Britney’s clothing will be auctioned off as a part of a Rock and Roll Auction. One of the auctioned items is going to be a tee worn by Brit when she was on the New Mickey Mouse Club.

Other items up for grabs? Costumes Britney wore for tours, outfits she wore to music awards, and the blue and white Santa dress she wore in a 2000 Pepsi ad.

The auction will be online between July 21 and August 6.

I hear Amy Winehouse is in the market for a new wardrobe designer. Ha! I’m guessing Kanye’s not lining up for the job.

Kanye is, however, hooking up with Louis Vuitton to create a new line of shoes for men and women. Looking at Kanye’s style, I’m betting those will be some hot shoes. He’s also working with Takashi Murakami, a lead artist.

Also in November, Kanye is set to launch a clothing line to go with the jewelry line he already has.
