Kournikova and Iglesias secretly married?
Anna Kournikova has been snapped wearing what appears to be a wedding ring sparking rumours of a secret marriage to singer Enrique Iglesias. According to the Daily Mail, the tennis star was spotted leaving a Hollywood restaurant on Friday night wearing a possible wedding band on her ring finger. However, both Kournikova and Iglesias, who have been dating since 2002, have previously insisted they do not want to marry, with Kournikova telling The Graham Norton Show that she saw “no point”. But rumours of a secret ceremony have been rife since she was spotted sporting an engagement-style ring in July 2009.

But it’s just so hard to ignore such rumors… especially with a notorious playboy like Enrique Iglesias. The rumors say that he is no longer dating Anna Kournikova, but the singer’s representatives affirm otherwise: “They are definitely together. Enrique has been out of the country on a promotional tour, so maybe that’s where the speculation is coming from.” Many things may occur during promotional tours, especially seeing as how all of those girls just can’t keep their hands off of Enrique Iglesias. Maybe there is some truth to those rumors after all, the imagination isn’t really that wild at all times.

Spanish singer Julio Iglesias (66) married his girlfriend, Dutch supermodel Miranda Rijnsburger (44 years). According to contactmusic.com, the happy event took place on Tuesday, August 24, in the city Marbella in Spain. The two joined their destinies in a religious ceremony attended only by their children and two witnesses. Julio Iglesias and Miranda Rijnsburger form together a couple for nearly 20 years. Iglesias has been married once to Filipino journalist Isabel Preyslarm, during 1971-1979. From Julio’s first marriage resulted three children: Chabeli Iglesias, Julio Iglesias Jr. and Enrique Iglesias. Also, the singer has three sons and two twins with Miranda Rijnsburger.

Enrique Iglesias has finally confirmed what we have all been speculating for a long time. The Latino singer has revealed to the British media that he was secretly married to former tennis star Anna Kournikova but that they are now divorced. He said “Oh I’m not married, no. I mean I was married. I was married, seriously. I was married a year ago to Anna and I don’t know what happened. We’re not married anymore but we are kind of still in contact.” It’s not really earth-shattering news but it should at least give some minds the peace they’ve all been looking for.
