Mandy Moore is a Disney Princess
Mandy Moore has recently been revealed to be lending her vocals to the latest Disney animated feature ‘Rapunzel’ as the princess herself. The movie has some potential that past Disney flicks haven’t, mainly since music man Alan Menken, who also did the music for ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and ‘Aladdin’, will be composing. Voicing opposite the singer/actress will be ‘Chuck’ star Zachary Levi as “the bandit who finds himself on the road with the rebellious†Rapunzel. The revamp of the classic fairytale “picks up with the princess, famous for her 70 feet of golden hair, after she’s been stolen from her parents’ castle as an infant and imprisoned. Now a teenager, Rapunzel escapes and goes on the run with a bandit as her captor pursues them.â€

Nick Jonas took a break from filming on the set of his new Disney Channel series ‘JONAS’ to tape a PSA on Juvenile Diabetes that aired on this past Sunday. The PSA aired on Disney Channel following an episode of ‘Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream’ showing how the 16-year old pop star manages his own battle with the disease. EW.com also showed an exclusive look at the new series of which will premiere on Disney Channel in May 2009. Selena Opens up about her alleged feud with Miley Cyrus
Disney star Selena Gomez recently sat down with TV guide and opened up about a whole lot of stuff that some of us may want to know. Selena talked about her alleged feud with Miley Cyrus saying “(the rivalry)…was completely blown out of proportion. That YouTube video was ages ago, and it’s so irrelevant and not important to everything else going on. There’s no feud.†She also talked about the rumors that she is dating Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers saying “I’ve gotten really close to the entire Jonas family this past year. Nick and I are getting to know each other, but we’re not confirming anything.†Selena also mentioned that she has a huge crush on Shia LeBeouf.

There are some tough days for Miley Cyrus ahead
Despite the joy of celebrating a huge Sweet-16 birthday party on October 5 in Disneyland theme park in California, there are still some tough days ahead for the child star.
Her parents gifted her with a pet dog but then they confiscated her credit card for excessive use and exceeding the limit.
Miley’s step mom Leticia took control of the plastic after discovering that she had overindulged.
Speaking at the party, Leticia revealed, “She had a credit card, and she went a little over her limit the other day, so I said, ‘No credit card for six months’.â€Â
What a set back for the beautiful Miley! How would she buy her clothes now? I hope that it will ease up the things for her as she has already shown her consent to do sexy scenes without clothes.

Disney princess Demi Lovato told MTV News about showmanship, gossip sites and friends all in one story recently. She said “I fell at a show this one time. Actually, I’ve fallen several times  like, four times already. But this one time I fell, it was the only one that made Perez Hilton and YouTube. I didn’t think anything of it when it happened. I just laughed it off onstage. But the next day, I see that it hit the Internet, and I was like, ‘Nooooooo.’ It totally stung, because I wasn’t expecting it. But I didn’t get hurt, and Joe [Jonas] helped me out a lot with that. He made a ton of jokes about it.†Aww, how sweet.

Selena’s New Video

Selena Gomez has a music video for the song ‘Tell Me Something I Don’t Know’ from her direct-to-DVD movie ‘Another Cinderella Story’. The romantic comedy has a target release date of September 16, 2008. She should really just start her music career already. She may say that she doesn’t want to do a solo act but recent happenings sure aren’t showing that. Apart from being part of a girl group or a boy band, I don’t think any Disney star was able to put a band together anyway, unless you happen to be a Jonas. But that doesn’t really count. There are also some behind-the-scenes pictures of Selena filming the video for the song.
Vanessa Hudgens Gets No Love

There’s something wrong going in your life when you’re booked to perform at a country fair with a load of American Idol rejects. Vanessa Hudgens needs to rethink a couple of things. Visitors to the Midland County Fair in Michigan were treated to the sites of Vanessa, former Disney star Raven Symone and American Idol alum Bucky Covington. Vanessa sang a few songs from the HSM soundtrack. According to reports, Vanessa also “displayed dance routines more adult in nature than the audience of mainly girls 10 and younger.†At the beginning of her set, Vanessa said, “This is me, on my own terms.†Apparently, her terms suck. A concertgoer says Raven was better saying “She was really funny, talking to us about her childhood. Vanessa was more into singing, but she wasn’t funny. She was really serious, and we could see her get all sweaty, too.â€Â
