The actor bought a large bouquet of flowers and carried a gift under his arms for his lady love. Vanessa’s not all about getting gifts though as she also takes some time to give back. The actress who was recently named as one of Maxim’s Sexiest for 2009 spent a day last week at the 2008 Environment Youth Conference at the LA Convention Center with one of her High School Musical co-stars, Olesya Rulin. The star has recently declared that she loves spending time with the underwear model. She had this to say: “I love to spend the holidays with my friends. I think that Justin and I are really good friends, and we love hanging out and spending time together.” Justin however is not certain whether or not they will be together for the holidays: “I don’t know where she’ll be, but I hope she has a good time. I’ll probably be around somewhere and hanging with the family.” Everything looks all peachy, but a source had this to say about their relationship: “You start to think he’s in this for fame. Nick Jonas’ girlfriend Selena Gomez recently sat down with OK! Magazine where she talked about the issue of ex boyfriends. She said “I get so mad about ex-boyfriends, but if a boy hurts me, I don’t write a song about it. They don’t deserve it!” Is that a dig at Joe Jonas’ ex girlfriend Taylor Swift? It sure looks like it to me. And here I thought they were pretty close considering they were always spotted together when Joe and Taylor were still on. Maybe Taylor has burned more bridges instead of just the ones leading to the Jonas Brothers.

Amidst allegations that he cheated on her and dumped her via a very short phone call, Joe Jonas is speaking out for the first time about his relationship with Taylor Swift. On the Jonas Brothers’ official blog, Joe posted his side of the story. The brothers first said that they don’t usually talk about their personal lives but that they will make the exception since they thought that they needed to address it because it affects the fans. It then switches to a personal message from Joe saying “I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.” Joe also proves to be the gentleman without even mentioning Taylor’s name.

John Mayer has hinted that he might be trying endlessly to find the best way he can walk upto to girlfriend Jennifer Aniston and propose his love for her.

He said: “I think I’d be pretty good at proposing. I’d figure that out. I’d get creative.” The ‘Gravity’ singer who thinks of himself being a pretty decent writer said “It’s also difficult to write songs about love lost and love found. I believe in my ability as a writer. I think it might take a little longer.”

Well John my advise to you is pretty plain and straight forward, man if you wanna propose great, if you wanna do it in a creative manner I am all for you, if you wanna sing something to her even better but man what ever you wanna do, do it.

Don’t wait so long that the right time just passes away without letting you knowing about it. At times its more about the moment, may be she is waiting for you to say it and you dumb ass are just wondering when and how best to say it. Be the man of the moment and not a man waiting for the moment. I guess I said something extraordinary here!

Taylor Swift was on an Ellen DeGeneres Show episode that aired on November 11 where she confirmed that Joe Jonas broke up with her over the phone in a record 27-second call back in October. Ellen responded to the revelation by saying “He broke up with you on the phone? That’s not right.” Taylor then responds with “It’s all right - I’m cool. You know what, it’s like, when I find that person that is right for me, he’ll be wonderful. When I look at that person, I’m not even going to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 27 seconds when I was 18.”

DJ AM and Mandy Moore were spotted attending the Friendly House’s 19th Annual Awards Luncheon at The Beverly Hilton Hotel recently. It’s fairly known that the two briefly dated after the celebrity DJ broke up with Nicole Ritchie. Mandy was also one of the first people to visit AM after his plane crash. Has the flame been rekindled between these two? Well, no one can deny that they make a beautiful couple. Teen country music sensation Taylor Swift has released a new music video for her song ‘Love Story’ which is the first official single off of her sophomore studio effort ‘Fearless’. Here’s the chorus to the song so you can sing along if you hear it or see the video: “Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone/I’ll be waiting, all there’s left to do is run/You be the prince and I’ll be the princess/It’s a love story, baby, just say yes.” By the way, the guy in the video is ‘Nashville Star’ contestant Justin Gaston. According to the New York Post, that sudden decision that Lenny made to terminate Oseary was the reason the rocker got dragged into the fray. Lenny was rumored to have had an affair with A-Rod’s wife Cynthia. According to Cynthia’s pal Dodd Romero, they were all together on Lenny’s tour bus when the news about his and Cynthia broke. Dodd says “Lenny looked like he was going to throw up. Lenny said ‘I worked so hard to clean up my image and now… this.’”

Enrique Iglesias has finally confirmed what we have all been speculating for a long time. The Latino singer has revealed to the British media that he was secretly married to former tennis star Anna Kournikova but that they are now divorced. He said “Oh I’m not married, no. I mean I was married. I was married, seriously. I was married a year ago to Anna and I don’t know what happened. We’re not married anymore but we are kind of still in contact.” It’s not really earth-shattering news but it should at least give some minds the peace they’ve all been looking for.
