Alicia Silverstone has revealed that she didn’t go out after welcoming her baby boy because she wanted to enjoy every minute of his ’scrumptiousness’. Baby Bear Blu arrived May 5, sporting ‘crazy amounts of hair’ and weighing in at 7lbs and 15oz. The 34-year-old actress and first time mother admitted that she instantly went into nesting mode. She told Us Weekly, "I didn’t leave the house at all for six weeks after his birth. I wanted to soak in every moment of his scrumptiousness." And she added that proud father and Alicia’s husband of six years, Christopher Jarecki, relishes his new role as a daddy. "We all take baths together sometimes," she said.

Ugly Betty star America Ferrera has tied the knot with longtime boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams. The lovebirds wed on Monday night in front of guests including Ugly Betty star Rebecca Romijn and her husband Jerry O’Connell, and Ferrera’s Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants co-star Blake Lively. The actress’s rep described the ceremony as an "intimate setting amongst close friends and family". "The bride wore a dress by Amsale’s Christos label and Fred Leighton earrings," the rep added. Ferrera, 27, and Williams, 30, got engaged in June last year. They met when Williams cast the her in his student film at the University of Southern California. "We kind of connected from the get-go on that professional level and that was something that really drew us to each other," Ferrera has said. The actress added that they had a ’shared passion for what we do and our work’.

The singer is apparently very pleased with her honeymoon so far… and why shouldn’t she, after all, it is in Paris. This is what Lily Allen wrote about her time in Paris: ”Paris was not my1st choice, but I’ve been advised not to fly by doctors, and it’s about as exotic as one can get without doing so. Really enjoying the Parisian papparazzis presence on my honeymoon. Thank god we didn’t want to go for a romantic stroll as husband and wife.’’ Ok, so maybe she isn’t painting a too enjoyable picture of the whole experience, but Lily Allen might want to try and lighten up a little. After her child will be born she’ll be tied down without even the possibility of going to such un-exotic places as Paris.

The singer who recently got married to her long-time boyfriend, Sam Cooper, has divulged where she will be spending her honeymoon and the magnificent location is actually a special tent that Lily Allen will have set up for her and her new husband at the Glastonbury Festival. This is what the festival’s organizer had to say on the matter: ”I’ll set her up a special tent – she’ll have the best treatment.” Lily Allen’s honeymoon spot is certainly originally thought out, but there might be a bit of skepticism as to how much fun she and her new husband can actually have in a tent in the middle of one of the world’s most crowded music festivals.

Eva Mendes believes the words husband and wife are unsexy. The actress said she would prefer to have a boyfriend, as it sounds much more exciting. Appearing on Chelsea Lately, she said: "I actually think it’s really sexy to be with someone in their 50s or 60s and be, like, ‘That’s my boyfriend’. But I think husband and wife are very unsexy words.” But the 37-year-old added that although she thinks marriage has become impersonal, she still sees the romance behind forming a life-long partnership with someone. “There are all these wedding shows and it’s so over the top; it’s so not about what it should be about. I’m not, like, anti-marriage or the institution for other people. I love the idea of a union, that’s very beautiful. I just don’t think it should be a piece of paper because society tells me to. It’s a very old-fashioned archaic kind of thing. We did it for land originally: how unromantic is that?"

Brad Pitt has admitted he may marry Angelina Jolie – because their kids want them to. The Hollywood superstars have previously told how they wouldn’t walk down the aisle until gay couples could legally do so. But now they may do it anyway. Pitt said: "The kids ask about marriage. It’s meaning more and more to them. So it’s something we’ve got to look at." Pitt, 47, and Jolie, 35, who have been together since 2005, also tell their kids when they are about to enjoy sex together. He told a US magazine: "We tell the kids, ‘Mum and dad are going off to kiss [now]‘. They go, ‘Eww, gross!’ But we demand it."

The Office star John Krasinski said he and wife Emily Blunt are still in the ‘honeymoon period’ and not planning kids just yet. The US actor married the British actress last July but Krasinski said they aren’t planning to start a family at the moment. He said to E! Online: "No, we’re definitely going to wait on that. I mean, hopefully we will at some point. [But] we’re waiting and definitely enjoying the honeymoon period if that’s what we can call it. "It’s been a blast and I am so happy." Asked how big he wants his family to get, he said: "Definitely small."

Courteney Cox and David Arquette have reportedly entered therapy in a bid to give their marriage a second shot. The couple were spotted attending a counselling session at a therapist’s office in Los Angeles last week, and a source told Life & Style magazine that they are trying to work on their relationship. "They’re in therapy," said the insider. "She and David still do a lot together, so it’s not surprising that they would go to therapy together. They’re co-parenting Coco, no matter what the status of their relationship is." An onlooker who spotted the pair at the meeting added, "They were very civil with each other." Cox and Arquette announced their trial separation last summer after 11 years of marriage and Arquette subsequently underwent a spell in rehab early this year. Neither has filed for divorce and both have been vocal about their affection for each other.

Cat Deeley has admitted her quest to find love is not going too well. The British presenter, who now lives in LA, split with partner Jack Huston in July 2010 after two years together and said she hasn’t found a special someone since. She told The Mirror: "I’m dating lots of different guys, but let’s just say I haven’t found my Prince Charming yet … and I’ve kissed a few frogs too! There are fit men everywhere, so it’s just a case of finding them. I’m working my way through them, one man at a time." She added: "Success is hard in general for most women. With just over a week to go until the royal wedding, it has been announced that Hugo Burnand will capture Prince William and Kate Middleton’s big day. Clarence House announced the news yesterday that Hugo will photograph the royal couple when they pose for their official wedding photographs at Buckingham Palace following the ceremony at Westminster Abbey on April 29. The famous photographer has previously pictured Margaret Thatcher, Victoria Beckham and even Prince William.

Hollywood star Kate Hudson may not plan on finding out the sex of her unborn child until she gives birth – but she is sure she is going to have a baby girl. She explained to US news show Entertainment Tonight: "So here’s the pendulum test. "You take a piece of your hair, and you take a ring and you string it through, this is very witchy of me! And then what you do, is you hold it over your stomach. And then if it moves in a circle, it’s a girl, and a boy goes back and forth." She then held it over her stomach where the ring circled around her belly. But the 32-year-old won’t be disappointed if she has a boy. Hudson added: "If [the baby] comes out a boy, to see the look on Ryder’s face to have a brother? I mean, forget it!"

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott created a freaky wedding fantasy for two ballroom dancers featuring a cage of rats. The pregnant 37-year-old actress and her beau designed memorable nuptials for lovebirds Emily and Levi during the second instalment of their new Oxygen reality TV show sTORIbook Weddings. Needless to say, the big day didn’t go without a hitch. Their tricky task as wedding planners was to design a pink-themed Hollywood Nightclub ceremony for their wacky clients, who have been dating for just eight months. In a bizarre twist, the flower girls were to drag a cage of rats down the aisle. The couple adored their two pet rodents. They had laid down a challenge to incorporate them into the ceremony and reception. After finding the venue – the rooftop of Los Angeles’ ritzy London Hotel – the former Beverly Hills 90210 actress got to work on creating the décor and flowers and helping choose the dress. Tori and Dean, who are now expecting their third child, had watched proudly from the congregation as the two exchanged vows. Putting the finishing touches to the wedding cake, Tori was later horrified to realise that one of the rats had relieved itself all over her blue, one shouldered dress. "Oh my God," she squealed. "The rat is p*****g on me."

Halle Berry believes that she has ‘been an idiot’ when it comes to her love life. The 44-year-old actress, who has been married twice to David Justice and Eric Benet, and has daughter Nahla with model Gabriel Aubry, said that she thinks her judgement has been clouded by the fact that her father walked out on her when she was just a child. She told The Sun, "I wish I had known then that I was not the marrying kind. It would have saved me a lot of time, heartache, and grief over the years. "I made all the wrong choices when it came to love. I have been an idiot. But, now, it is like a gift to myself- seeing more clearly and making better decisions. "One thing was unavoidable. My father left us when I was young and that did affect my life. If I had a good father in my life, growing up, then I do not think I would have made the mistakes I made. I would not have been lost in love."

Kendra Wilkinson’s marriage to Hank Baskett is not being torn apart by another woman. Michael Buble and Luisana Lopilato have gone ahead and got married. The 35-year old Canadian singer and his 23-year old model fiancé were married in a civil ceremony in Buenos Aires. Luisana was born in Argentina. The couple will hold several receptions to celebrate their marriage in the coming weeks but no info has been released about the locations or dates of the parties yet. I wonder exactly how many parties they are planning to hold and who’s invited. Congratulations on your wedding Michael and Luisana. Even though she is still reasonably young and already once divorced, it seems that Avril Lavigne hasn’t renounced the idea of possibly getting married once more and actually starting a family that time around. This is what she had to say on the matter: "It’s all about love and I make that my number one priority. One day I would hope to have kids and do that whole thing. Right now I’m very focused on my career, my album, my tour and naturally when that happens for me next, yeah I’ll go for it." Russell Brand has admitted that he has found adapting to married life ‘difficult’. The 35-year-old British comedian tied the knot with singer Katy Perry last October, and he said that learning to live together has been quite a curve. Appearing on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, he said, "It’s difficult getting used to one person and being in the same house every day. "See, if she leaves stuff lying around I have to deal with it. Bryan Adams is reportedly going to be a first time father at the age of 51 years old as his relationship with his personal assistant Alicia Grimaldi has apparently resulted in their pregnancy. The rock singer and his girlfriend are expecting a baby in May. A source said “Bryan’s personal assistant, Alicia Grimaldi, is expecting his baby in May. Many of their friends still don’t even know that they are a couple, but they are living together at his house.” If they want to keep their personal private, that’s their business but I would still like to congratulate the couple on the impending arrival.

The singer recently admitted that even though she and Deryck Whibley from Sum41 broke-up after four years of marriage, they will always have a special emotional bond between them. This is what Avril Lavigne said on the matter: “We’re very good friends. He’s family to me. We both respect and care for each other very much. We’re in a great place.” Right… and Deryck Whibley sure feels the same way, especially considering that Avril Lavigne practically replaced him with Brody Jenner.
