Sean Penn has said that his dedication to helping Haiti’s earthquake victims does not make him a good person. "I’m not," the Hollywood star told Zoe Heller writing for the New York Times magazine. "I mean – I’m really not [a good person]." The Milk star, whose aid group J/P Haitian Relief Organisation has been running since last March, insisted that his charitable work has not altered his long-running problems of dealing with the world. "I have great moments where I feel very connected and loving toward humankind, but I never have a good moment toward human beings. “That’s the way it is – I love humankind, I don’t like humans. I don’t get along with people very well – I never did," he said. And the actor-director – who is currently rumoured to be dating actress Scarlett Johansson – also admitted that his commitment to the ongoing relief efforts in Haiti keeps him out of trouble. "If I wasn’t here, I know what I’d be doing – and it’s probably got to do with designs on women,” he said. “Probably it would be reduced to that…”

Khloe Kardashian has revealed that big sister Kim is a ‘hopeless romantic’. The 26-year-old reality star said that she has no doubt that Kim probably dreams of marrying boyfriend Kris Humphries, who plays for the New Jersey Nets. Asked by E! Kate Moss reportedly has indirectly bought her own engagement ring, according to a report. The supermodel is engaged to The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince, who is said to have used some of the cash she gave him to build a recording studio to buy her the ring of her dreams. A source told the Daily Star: "Jamie has virtually no savings but did make a contribution for the ring. They joke about how dependent he is on her. Kate even calls herself his ‘Sugar Mummy’. Kate wanted a ring fit for a princess but Jamie knew he couldn’t afford to get her dream ring. He was desperate to surprise her so he used money she’d given him to build his recording studio. That way she paid for the biggest chunk of it, but him popping the question still came out of the blue. He even designed it based on her heroine Zelda Fitzgerald’s ring. Jamie knows there really is no matching Kate’s wealth. She knew the type of ring she wanted. Kelly Brook’s ex Danny Cipriani is said to be "utterly distraught" that she is expecting a baby with his former rugby teammate Thom Evans. The British model and boyfriend Evans are expecting a girl. But according to The Mirror, Cipriani, who played alongside Evans for the London Wasps, is having a hard time coming to terms with the news. A source told the paper that when Brook told Cipriani about the pregnancy in January, he thought the child might be his. “And what makes it all so much harder for Danny to bear is that Kelly and Thom have only known each other for five months,” the insider said. “This is so painful for Danny, everything has happened so quickly. He and Kelly spent time together in the week before Christmas, then he found out in January that she was pregnant with Thom’s child. The poor guy is in pieces. To hear she was pregnant was a massive shock, particularly given that Thom of all people is the father. It’s no secret that Danny and Kelly had talked about having kids together at some stage. It seems that Miley Cyrus’ father has stood true to his word and just as promised Billy Ray Cyrus has already submitted the papers through which he will retract his proceedings for divorce. This is what can be read on the papers submitted by Billy Ray Cyrus: “The Plaintiff does hereby take a voluntary nonsuit in this case as the parties are attempting a reconciliation and the same shall hereby be dismissed without prejudice. Costs shall be taxed to plaintiff.” So now Billy Ray Cyrus can get on with the not so easy task of putting the family back together… hopefully they will all prove cooperative in this endeavor.

Sienna Miller has reportedly been spotted enjoying a dinner date with actor Tom Sturridge. The British star recently split with Jude Law, and according to the Daily Mail has already moved on with 25-year-old compatriot Sturridge – who is Robert Pattinson’s best friend. A source told the newspaper the pair "were all over each other" when they met for a Chinese meal at The Dorchester hotel in London. "She was feeding him noodles and dumplings with solid silver chopsticks," said an onlooker, and Sturridge was "rubbing her shoulders and kissing her". But the evening is said to have come to an end when Miller, 29, looked teary at the table, forcing them to leave.

Island Def Jam chairman LA Reid will be one of the four judges on the reality TV talent competition series X Factor. LA will be released early from his Universal Music contract so that he can participate in the US version of Simon Cowell’s hit show. The winner will receive a Sony Music recording contract worth $5 million and LA will reportedly be taking a position at Sony as well. In other X Factor news, pop singer Enrique Iglesias was reportedly approach to host the show, which kicks off auditions on March 27 in Los Angeles. This is shaping up to be a great cast.

Apparently the country singer has decided that he wants to continue fighting the good fight for his family. Ashley Cole has reportedly decided to transform himself into a property tycoon in a bid to win back ex-wife Cheryl. The 30-year-old footballer became single when Cheryl divorced him last year amid rumours that he had been unfaithful for a second time. But according to The Sun, he has boasted to team-mates that they will remarry, and that he plans to do it by investing in the Dubai property market. He is said to have told a friend, "Cheryl loves Dubai and I’m investing heavily there because of it. We love each other and we will be together again. "He truly believes the divorce is temporary. When he retires he sees them moving away. He says the only reason they split was because she had to be seen to act after his affairs."

Regardless of this monstrous invasion of Shakira’s personal life it does seem like she and Gerard Pique are quite the adorable little couple… at least at first glance. All that’s left now is to see how long this will actually last… after all, soccer players have a new bad reputation in what concerns relationships thanks to the beloved Ashley Cole. But Shakira can probably do good enough for herself.

One of London’s most famous parks will be made into a huge campsite to celebrate the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton next month. Camp Royale, in Clapham Common, London, will have room for 10,000 people to watch the royal wedding on a big screen, with prizes being offered for the most eye-catching tents. The site is available from the day before the big day – April 28, until May 1, and is priced at £75 per person for the three nights. A Camp Royale spokesman said: "We hope it will appeal to people who thought they couldn’t afford to join in."
