A friend of the singer said “Everyone’s so proud of Lily. She’s made a list of how to get through what can only be described as a horrible tragedy. This is the most awful situation in the world and she’s aware that nothing can take away the hurt she feels at losing her and Sam’s baby. Last week, Sam told Lily he can’t live without her and wants to go ahead with the wedding plans. It was always the plan that they’d marry at some point but this has given her a major boost. Lily’s been in a dark place but she’s slowly rebuilding from the shock. She told Sam she needs time to heal but she’s not letting herself die of a broken heart. He’s been very supportive but he’s hurting like hell as too, so they had a long heart-to-heart and have planned a holiday somewhere quiet. Lily’s a fighter and says if she can get through this, she can get through anything.”

Michael Buble is getting ready for his wedding to Luisana Lopilato and the singer has revealed that they will be having two ceremonies. The pop star told ET Canada “We are doing one in Argentina and that’s for her close family, and then we are doing one in Vancouver!” As for what their plans are for their honeymoon, Michael shared that Luisana has requested to go to Africa and volunteer after tying the knot in April. I think that’s a great idea. What better way to be happy than sharing your happiness with the rest of the world, especially ones who need a dose of it?

Now that the two are going to be a pair of very happy parents soon, they are apparently struggling to find a name for their future offspring. This is what Pink had to say on the matter: “We’re all over the place. I’m all about meaning, and Carey feels like he had a girl’s hair cut and a girl’s name, and he doesn’t want kids to have a weird name. I have to get him on the boat for originality, so I’m working on him.” Well, you can never go too wrong with a unisex name… and those always seem to have a rather special ring to them. One must wonder if Pink and Carey Hart have considered that option.

Singer Sir Elton John has hinted that he might be performing at the royal wedding next year. The 63-year-old performer sung at the funeral of Prince William’s mother Diana in 1997 and he recently said he will ‘probably’ perform at William’s wedding to Kate Middleton. Speaking to Steve Wright on BBC Radio Two, he was asked if he would sing at the wedding and he said: “I probably am.” He jokingly added: “I’ll probably be busking outside.” John will soon be guest-editing an issue of The Independent newspaper but said there won’t be much in there about the royal wedding. He said: “There’s not going to be much about the royal wedding in there, though. I think we’ve had enough of that for the time being.”

Hollywood hunk Jake Gyllenhaal has admitted he is desperate to settle own and have kids. The Brokeback Mountain star, who has recently been linked to country singer Taylor Swift, admits he has become increasingly reflective as he approaches his 30th birthday next month. And the star admits the number one thing on his mind is starting a family. “Children are really where it’s at,” Gyllenhaal told USA Weekend magazine. “That’s what I feel turning 30, more than I ever did.” He admits seeing sister Maggie with her 4-year-old daughter, Ramona, has increased those feelings. “It’s incredible to see the traits she has,” he says of his niece. “She mimics things that my sister or my brother-in-law do, and it makes me laugh. I just adore her.” As for how he plans to celebrate his upcoming milestone birthday, Gyllenhaal has an unusual twist on that, too. “I’d love to go swimming with the walruses and the whales in the freezing cold water,” he says. “Seems like it could be a rite of passage.”

The former model has two daughters, Sam and Lola, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, and said that she always tells a white lie when it comes to her love life because she won’t introduce a man unless it’s serious. She told Us Magazine, “When I go on dates, I tell Sam and Lola I have a meeting. “I have a rule – I won’t introduce my girls to anyone I’m dating unless it’s very serious. “I’m definitely a hands-on mum. For me it’s about priorities, and my girls always come first. I look at it as having a harmonious house more than balancing – it’s never quite balanced.” The 39-year-old beauty also admitted that she can’t resist taking in unwanted pets. She added, “I have a three-legged dog, a blind dog, and one with terminal cancer. I have a soft spot for hard-to-place animals.”

Prince William and his fiancée Kate Middleton are proving every bit the modern couple by planning their own wedding. The future king and his bride-to-be are said to be ‘calling the shots’ when it comes to planning their big day, which is reportedly set for April 29, 2011. Speaking at a press briefing at the palace on Tuesday, the prince’s private secretary Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton said, “The couple are completely over the moon, I’ve never seen two happier people. “They’re on cloud nine like any other newly engaged couple, and they are now getting stuck in to organizing the wedding. “This is Prince William and Catherine’s day. They are giving us very clear direction and calling the shots, and through me, their wishes are being put into action by as you can imagine a rather large supporting cast.” The couple are believed to have chosen to marry at Westminster Abbey – where the funeral was held for Prince William’s mother Princess Diana and the wedding will be paid for by both families. “On scale, Prince William and Catherine have made it very clear,” Lowther-Pinkerton said, “that they wish everybody to be able to enjoy the day with them.”

Courteney Cox is throwing herself into work to cope with her separation from husband David Arquette, according to her Cougar Town co-star Josh Hopkins. The actor told People the mother-of-one has being doing a good job at keeping signs of her personal troubles hidden. “If we weren’t friends and she didn’t confide in me I wouldn’t have any idea that anything was wrong,” he said. “She comes to set, she knows her stuff, and she’s hilarious every day. She’s been amazing.” He added that the media attention surrounding the split has been affecting the couple’s six-year-old daughter Coco. He said: “The day that the news of the separation broke, there were paparazzi outside of their house, and they were taking pictures when Courteney took Coco to school. Coco sees these things, because that’s not a normal thing in any respect and she is a precocious child. There’s no doubt they have a lot to deal with right now, more than you would in your average separation.”

According to the Daily Mail, the tennis star was spotted leaving a Hollywood restaurant on Friday night wearing a possible wedding band on her ring finger. However, both Kournikova and Iglesias, who have been dating since 2002, have previously insisted they do not want to marry, with Kournikova telling The Graham Norton Show that she saw “no point”. The singer who got married a few months ago with rapper Souleye is apparently now expecting her very first child. Alanis Morissette related the following about a visit to the doctor: “I went to the doctor and he said, ‘Well this looks like the scan of a pregnant lady.’” Moreover she even confirmed that it is going to be a boy. That’s probably going to keep Alanis Morissette busy for a bit so no more music or acting for her for a while. It’s rather unusual that no one in such a position goes just for retiring and concentrating on the kids… well, Lily Allen tried to, but she doesn’t have the kids yet.

Emma Watson has revealed that she has often turned to her Harry Potter co-stars for boy advice. The actress admitted that she needed the knowledge of Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint who played Harry Potter and best friend Ron Weasley in the franchise to help her better understand the male species. The 20-year-old told Parade.com: “When I was on the set with Daniel and Rupert, it was normally me who went to the guys with the questions about guys because I don’t pretend to understand the male gender. “I’m just like, ‘What is going on here? What should I be doing? I don’t understand.’ So they’ve helped me out a bit and been like my protective big brothers.”

Miranda Kerr has revealed that she wanted her baby bump immortalised in bronze. The Aussie model, who is expecting her first baby with Orlando Bloom, said that she almost bought a special kit off the Internet that would allow her to take a mould of her tummy. The 27-year-old told New Idea magazine, “One thing I was tempted to order online is a thing you can put on your tummy to make a mould of your tummy in bronze, and you can keep that forever. That way you can always have that memory. “You do this mould and then when the baby comes out you can put the baby in a blanket in the mould so it feels like it’s still in your tummy.”
