Bourne star Matt Damon said he is happy to be his pregnant wife’s punch bag during the final stages of her pregnancy. Damon, 39, and wife Luciana are expecting their third child later this year and he said he is being sympathetic to her needs. He said to PEOPLE: “We’re in the third trimester and basically I’m just dodging punches right now from my wife. “That means I have to work on my defence and I never know when a left hook or a right cross is going to come. She’s completely over me and over being pregnant.” The couple already have two daughters together – Isabella, four, and Gia, two, as well as Luciana’s 11-year-old daughter Alexia from her previous marriage.

Lauryn Hill kept fans waiting for three hours at her DC concert before she came out on stage. That’s not even the worst of it. Apparently, the reason why the R&B singer took so long is because she was waiting for her manicure and pedicure to dry. Her rep said “She’s sorry she kept her fans waiting, but couldn’t go out there looking busted!” They’re nails! I doubt anyone could see them even if they sat on the front row. I find it incredibly amazing that any of her fans stuck around that long. I say stay away from any of her concerts especially if you hear that she had her nails done.

Megan Fox has revealed being married makes her feel “safe and happy”. The Transformers star said husband Brian Austin Green, who at 37 is 13 years her senior, is her “protector” and that she hopes to start a family. Talking to People magazine at the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of Passion Play on Friday, she said: “Getting married was the best thing I’ve ever done. I married my best friend. I’m so lucky to get to be with him every day, and he’s my protector. I feel so safe and happy and completed.” The Hollywood star has been helping Green raise his eight-year-old son Kassius, and says that although she loves being a stepmother, she can’t wait to have a little one of her own. She added: “I’ve been a stepmother for six years and it’s amazing. I really enjoy it. It’s a lot of work but I like it. It grounds me. I like being domestic. I would love to be a biological mommy some day. That would make me very happy.”

Extra host Mario Lopez and girlfriend Courtney Mazza have become parents for the first time. Lopez, who shot to fame as AC Slater in Saved By The Bell, became a dad on September 11 when Mazza gave birth to 6lbs 4oz baby girl Gia Francesca in Burbank, California. Speaking to Extra, Lopez said: “We are so overjoyed. What an amazing, wonderful and overwhelming experience to welcome our daughter into the world.” The couple met two years ago when they both starred in the Broadway show A Chorus Line.

Music mogul Simon Cowell has said X Factor judges Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue have an easy time on the show. The 50-year-old thinks Dannii and Cheryl have been given easy categories to mentor on this year’s talent competition because they missed the early stages of the show. He told OK! Magazine: “I think the girls have been given an easier ride. “They weren’t around and the producers gave them an easier category because of this.” He added: “They have decent people to work with.” Cheryl, 27, had to miss the beginning of the show after coming down with malaria and Minogue, 38, has been taking maternity leave.

The 21-year-old, who wore a stripy floor-length long frock to the ceremony, appeared loved-up with her beau Matt Smith at yesterday’s GQ Men Of The Year Awards. Matt, 27, walked away from the event, which was held at London’s Royal Opera House, with the award for Best Actor. Lowe’s ex, producer Mark Ronson, was also at the awards ceremony. Daisy, who is the daughter of fashion designer Pearl Lowe, was recently spotted on her holidays canoodling with the Doctor Who star.

Rivera and Salling had been linked earlier this year, but were never an exclusive couple according to a source. When the 23-year-old actress found out that Salling had reportedly been romancing other women over the summer Us Magazine reports the “infuriated” star egged and keyed his expensive car. Rivera “went crazy when she read about other girls,” according to a source. “When Naya found out, she and some pals trashed his Lexus.” A friend of Salling’s, singer Samantha Marq, has come to his defence, explaining: “It’s hard to call it infidelity when they weren’t officially together!”

Craig, 20, met the Harry Potter star when they appeared together in a Burberry modelling shoot and she also appeared in his band One Night Only’s music video. He told UK newspaper the Daily Record: “I’m a single man. We really fancy each other but are just good friends. We’re not boyfriend and girlfriend. We both live such busy lifestyles. “In an ideal world, for me anyway, it would be great if we could be together but we can’t. I’m doing my thing and she’s doing hers.
