Sherlock Holmes star Jude Law has been named ‘the most stylish celebrity dad’ in a new poll.

The 37-year-old actor is dad to three children – Rafferty, Iris and Rudy – with ex-wife Sadie Frost as well as daughter Sophia from his brief fling with model Samantha Burke.

He beat off competition from David Beckham and Johnny Depp to win 69% of the vote in a new poll by fashion site My Celebrity Fashion.

Andy Barr, marketing director of My Celebrity Fashion, said: “The fact that Jude Law beat Johnny Depp to the top spot was somewhat surprising, given Depp’s infamous enviable style.

“Yet his tailored, clean cut style mixed with classic muted colours are extremely easy for men to achieve, and therefore instantly more attractive to those trying to emulate a celebrity style, unlike Depp’s eclecticism.”

Ed Westwick has revealed he is a single man, according to reports.

The Gossip Girl star was reputedly heard telling a group of girls at a Kings of Leon concert in Atlantic City that he and co-star Jessica Szohr were “no longer together”.

“Ed was dancing with a swarm of girls around him, and he was telling everyone he was single. He carried on the party later with Kings bassist Jared Followill,” a source told the New York Post.

Westwick and Szohr spilt earlier this year, allegedly because the actress had been seen flirting with heir Marco Minuto while celebrating her birthday in Los Angeles.

Kate Hudson looked stunning in a little black dress when she appeared on David Letterman’s chat show in the US.

And during the show, broadcast Tuesday night (June 8), a clip from her new horror movie, The Killer Inside Me, in which she stars with Casey Affleck, was also broadcast showing the star wearing just a bra.

Kate dyed her blonde hair brunette for the role.

Speaking about the movie, she said: “There was one scene where Casey had to spank me 20 times.

“It was horrible – during it – but afterwards we thought it was funny.”

Academy Award-winner Tatum O’Neal has opened up about how the death of Farrah Fawcett, her father Ryan O’Neal’s long-term partner, helped her to reconnect with him.

“When Farrah died it made me stop and think about Dad,” O’Neal said.

“I asked myself what I would do if I lost him tomorrow, and the answer was that I couldn’t fathom him dying and us still being at war.

“There were so many things left unsaid between us. I knew if anything happened to him and I hadn’t at least made the effort to reconcile, then I’d never be able to forgive myself.

However, Felton admitted that he didn’t think he deserved to win against his competitors in the category.

He said: “I would definitely say no! Against Christoph Waltz and Helena Bonham Carter? Not really fair competition. I thought I was well out of the works. Thanks to the fans for voting. I really appreciate it.”

Sean Penn has declared that his former wife, actress Robin Wright, “is a ghost to me now”.

The couple, who had been together since 1989 and were married in 1996, divorced in August last year.

“We spent all those years together… Now she’s just gone,” the Oscar-winner says in an interview with Vanity Fair.

Penn has spent the last five months managing a camp for displaced persons in Port-au-Prince, following Haiti’s devastating earthquake earlier this year.

On his contribution to the relief effort in the Caribbean nation, People quotes the actor as saying: “I wanted to give back something more to help struggling people, but I didn’t know how to best do it.”

“I was for 20 years in a relationship with Robin and 18 years with children.

“I didn’t have time to commit to anything – for real – in places like Iraq, except to denounce the war.

“But now I’m single. I can lend a hand.”

Katherine Heigl says she and musician hubby Josh Kelley would like to add to their family.

“We would love to have a second child, adopted or biological,” Heigl said in an interview with Germany’s Gala magazine. “We’re not ruling it out.”

Last year the couple adopted a baby girl from South Korea they named Nancy Leigh. Nicknamed Naleigh, the bub recently underwent heart surgery.

“Just look at Haiti. There’s so many parentless children,” Heigl said. “It breaks my heart. I want to help.”

Talking about parenthood, the 31-year-old Killers actress told Us Magazine: “I’m very grateful to be a mom. It’s changed my whole perspective in a good way.”

Her sister was also adopted from South Korea, one reason she was determined to do the same, Heigl told Ellen DeGeneres last year.

She said she was so determined to adopt that she even made sure Kelley was happy with the idea before they were engaged.

It was allegedly the first time that the model and rocker had seen each other since they split three years ago.

According to reports, it was Moss’s daughter Lila who spotted the singer.

“Lila was excited because she hadn’t seen Pete for ages. She was calling her mum over, but Kate and Pete stayed in their seats and just acknowledged each other,” the Sun quotes an onlooker as saying.

“They both looked extremely uncomfortable and spent the whole flight trying not to catch each other’s eyes. When the flight landed, Kate was ushered off and they did not speak.”

Gordon Ramsay passionately kissed a Hell’s Kitchen contestant because he was so impressed with her cooking.

However, the woman was actually Ramsay’s wife, Tara, in disguise.

Each of the contestants had been asked to prepare their specialties to introduce themselves. But Ramsay picked out Tara, disguised as a dowdy stay-at-home mum with a black wig and glasses, because she had the least experience.

Ramsay said her the veal Scaloppine looked like “baby vomit” but upon tasting it pretended to be amazed.

“Oh, God, listen to me. That dish was delicious,” he said. “I’m shocked, It may look slightly dull and boring – a little like you – but well done.”

Gordon then asked why she looked so nervous. Tara, still incognito, replied: “You’re scary.”

Gordon then lunged in for a kiss, saying: “Don’t look so nervous. Let me give you a hug, relax.”

After a couple of seconds Tara reached her hand around his head and the couple French kissed while the other contestants watched on dumbfounded by the display.
