Oscar nominee Carey Mulligan found love on Wall Street – at least on its sequel.

Mulligan, 24, met current boyfriend Shia LaBeouf on the set of Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, when she was scripted in as his love interest.

The Daily Mail reports the star of An Education recalled: “The first time we read together we were so nervous. It was just me and Michael [Douglas] and Shia, and neither Shia nor I looked up. You never know how these things are going to work. I’d wanted to work with Shia since A Guide To Recognizing Your Saints. He’s amazing. He was so incredible in that film, and we ended up working together well.”

Michael Douglas reprised his role in the original Wall Street for Oliver Stone’s follow-up. But LaBeouf has commented on how the actor struggled through the film’s making with an off-set drama involving his son’s drug charges.

Mulligan has expressed some reservations over not being hired to act since the Wall Street sequel. “I actually don’t have a job [coming up]. It’s been hard to make decisions whilst all this is going on because you don’t want to jump into something.”

She added: “That’s the longest I’ve taken off since I started acting.”

Sandra Bullock has access to Jesse James’s children, a US report said.

Contactmusic reports James reassured the blind-sided star she can see his three children, including a six-year-old stepdaughter she raised as her own.

James, meanwhile, today was reported checked into an Arizona rehab facility in a bid to save his marriage. Bullock was in her pre-marital manse in Hollywood, having vacated the couple’s beachfront Orange County home in the wake of the mistress-hopping scandal that engulfed them.

A source said: “Jesse told Sandra he’s going to make sure she sees Sunny as often as she’d like when he has her. She’s spoken to her and the other kids and has said she’s not going to lose them.”

James reportedly faced problems with explaining Bullock’s sudden departure. “He told Sunny that he made some mistakes that really hurt Sandra’s feelings and made it impossible to trust him right now, so she went away to try to not be so angry,” the source said.

Bullock, 45, was in daily telephone contact with the child, according to the report. While rehab may be his last-ditch bid for Bullock’s heart, it was today reported Bullock was planning on divorce.

The 45-year-old Matrix star is expecting her second daughter in the spring and already has a five-year-old daughter Deva with Cassel.

She said to Italy’s Vanity Fair: “Vincent is helping. The more time passes by, the more I love the man he has become.

“When I met him, he was a 28-year-old boy; now he’s a man with a great sense of responsibility who makes me feel good.

“Deva needs him as she needs me. I always think that if something happens to me, Vincent is gonna be with our daughters.

“A woman can say: ‘I’ll have kids on my own.’ And lots of women do it, but having a partner beside enriches both us and the children.”

Nanny McPhee star Emma Thompson has revealed her husband Greg Wise once dated actress Kate Winslet.

The 50-year-old actress has reprised her role as the wart-faced nanny for movie sequel Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang.

Talking to chatshow host Jonathan Ross, she revealed that hubby Wise, 43, once dated the actress while shooting Sense and Sensibility together.

She said: “He was told ‘you’re going to meet your future partner’… so he courted Kate for weeks, took her to Glastonbury.

“She didn’t take to it because she’s a mod and he’s a hippy – it didn’t work out so it turned out to be me!”

The couple have a 10-year-old daughter, Gaia, who has a role as an extra in the movie, but isn’t interesting in acting.

She said: “She wants to be a waitress and an artist… acting as a job? So unimpressed!”

Model mum Heidi Klum has said she ‘loves being pregnant’ but four kids are enough.

Klum, 36, gave birth to her fourth child, daughter Lou, in October last year. She has two sons – Henry, four, and Johan, three – with husband Seal, and a daughter Leni, five, from a previous relationship.

She said to E!: “I always love being pregnant. I love everything about it. I love going to the hospital and having babies, I love everything.”

However, the model said she doesn’t plan on having any more children, no matter how much she loves being pregnant.

She said: “That’s it for us. Four is a lot. They’re all very close in age, so they keep us busy.”

NASCAR racer Jeff Gordon has revealed that he and his wife are expecting a baby boy.

The 38-year-old recently announced that he and wife Ingrid Vandebosch, 40, are expecting their second child in five months’ time.

He recently posted a message on his website: “I’ll speak with the media here in Talladega in a few minutes, but I wanted to let all of my fans on JeffGordon.com know first that Ingrid and I are having a boy!”

They are already parents to daughter Ella Sofia, two, who was born in June 2007, just seven months after the couple married.

He recently said: “Ella is also very excited and can’t stop talking about how much she’s looking forward to being a big sister.”

The UK Mirror reports that Argos’s sales of a $60 pocket watch-style timepiece have increased by 35 percent due to Alice In Wonderland, a 3-D fantasy that has shattered the box office looking glass with robust takings.

The movie starring Helena Bonham Carter, Johnny Depp and Mia Wasikowska (pictured) as Alice has already garnered much curiosity and fascination for its costumes and props, and the watch is now a hot seller’s item.

Shia LaBeouf is keeping quiet about his relationship with Carey Mulligan ‘out of respect’ for the actress.

LaBeouf, 23, met the British actress on the set of the new movie Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.

He said to GQ magazine: “I never really had anything in my life that was off-limits. But with this, just out of respect, I just don’t want to [expletive] around.”

However, LaBeouf added that he is impressed with Mulligan’s skills as an actress.

He said: “She’s an unbelievably thought-provoking actress, the most talented actress I’ve ever met in my life, by leaps and bounds. Neither one of us are fame whores.

“It works out. It’s not like we’re the premiere couple – we’re not the red-carpet king and queen.”

The former Friends star, who played Dr Ross Gellar on the hit comedy series, met Buckman in 2007 while directing Run Fatboy Run in London.

It will be the first marriage for both.
