Kate Gosselin is reportedly taking steps to renew her nursing licence after her new TV show was put on hold.

Since TLC dropped her estranged husband and business partner Jon from their reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8, he has taken steps to halt filming of their children, who are the stars of the family’s reality story.

But Gosselin appears to be keeping her options open and has renewed her nursing licence, according to reports.

She paid a $45 fee for the licence and will have to complete 30 hours of continuing education in compliance with her state’s regulations. The trained midwife could earn a potential $70,000 a year in the state of Pennsylvania – much less than her former TV salary.

The pair are currently locked in a bitter and very public battle over finances.

Last week, Gosselin took Jon to court, to recoup $180,000 from him in funds that she claims he withdrew from their joint marital account without her permission.

Former child star Corey Feldman has said he is “deeply hurt” that his wife is filing for divorce.

It was recently announced that Corey’s wife Susie Sprague was filing for divorce from the Goonies star after seven years of marriage and will be seeking sole custody of their son Zen, five.

A statement has been released: “Corey is deeply hurt and saddened by this unexpected change in their relationship, and has done nothing to contribute to the demise of the marriage.”

The statement added: “[Feldman is] hopeful that he and Susie can work to resolve this quickly and amicably, and he is fully committed to doing what is best for the welfare of their son.”

It looks like all the recent father complexes are really starting to get to her. After her tumultuous relationship with Samantha Ronson, which nobody really knows whether it is over or still going on, Lindsay Lohan has found comfort in someone else’s arms. And that someone is a male model named Petey Wright, whom Lindsay Lohan seems to be very fond of as a source relates: “Lindsay was all over Petey during the sexy photo shoot, and it continued when the shoot ended. They headed into a room at the Chateau for two hours and Lindsay couldn’t keep her hands off of him – and vice versa!” Seriously, Petey? Who names their child “Petey”? That dude must have even more father issues than Lindsay Lohan does… that’s probably why they connected in a heartbeat.

The singer from Black Eyed Peas has apparently developed her own fragrance for Avon which seems to be driving her husband mad with passion… or so Fergie claims: “He loves it, of course he does. I made sure that he liked it, because that would be important to me. We’ve been designing this for over a year. But I’ve been keeping my big mouth shut about it. I wanted it to smell fresh and yet modern at the same time… it’s definitely for confident, strong women.” Confident strong women that need their husband’s approval… yep, Fergie definitely made her point. And what is this about modern and fresh? Since when do the two not go together… in fact, implying that something modern is not fresh would be a contradiction of terms. Study your English carefully Fergie… it most certainly matters to Josh Duhamel a lot also.

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Jo Wood has said she hopes to find a new man after bowing out of the show.

The 54-year-old split from Rolling Stones star Ronnie Wood, 61, last year after he left her for Russian model Ekaterina Ivanova.

She was recently voted off the BBC1 reality show and is hoping that she will find a new love now.

She said: “I’m going to start looking at my love life. People keep asking me whom my ideal man is, but I suppose it’s when you meet somebody and the chemistry is right.

“I have got friends who want to introduce me to men, and now I’m out of Strictly, I can go out and meet people.

“I don’t want a permanent relationship at the moment, I was married for 31 years – why would I want another relationship now?

“I have to experience life as a single woman, but I don’t want to be single for too long.”

The rapper apparently turned to his twitter account in the early hours of Monday morning and posted a video collage of pictures with him and Rihanna in the good old days. Chris Brown’s link was followed by the following message: “IM SORRY YALL. JUST HAD TO POST IT FOR THE FELLAS: showing emotion doesn’t make u weak… BEING HONEST MAKES U STRONG.” Well, at least Chris Brown doesn’t consider having feelings is gay… even though he might be making a song about cold-heartedness soon after he observes there is no response to this little charade of his. Oh well, onwards to next pathetic moment.

Kim Kardashian has said things are different this time around after reuniting with on/off boyfriend Reggie Bush.

The reality star was celebrating her 29th birthday early with a party at Tao Las Vegas on October 16.

Kardashian recently reunited with NFL star Bush and she said to PEOPLE: “We just made the decision that we want to make it work, and the time off was really beneficial for the both of us.”

Bush was unable to make it to Kardashian’s birthday party as he was preparing for a game against the New York Giants.

She said: “I think sometimes people need to take a break just to take time off to see how much they need each other and how much they really are compatible. It’s just about making a commitment. With our schedules it was really tough.”

Well, it took a long time, but it looks like Kanye West has once again escaped the long and crippled arm of justice. After that very old incident of his when he and Don Crawley, his manager, smashed a paparazzo’s camera, it seems that Kanye West’s only punishment for this act was a sentence of 50 hours of community service. And mind you, the event itself happened all the way back in September of 2008, so over a year. Still, it would be fun to see Kanye West planting trees and picking up garbage with a pointy stick. Someone should make videos of that!

Hold the presses, this one is too much! Only a few months after their divorce finally got finalized, it seems that Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder Civil have changed their status on their Facebook profiles to read “married”. A friend of Amy Winehouse said the following about this new development: “Amy’s family, especially Mitch, will be furious. They have been so happy with her progress and are terrified that if she gets back together with Blake she will fall back into drugs again.” Well, Mitch Winehouse will probably just blame the rehab clinics again. It’s a pity though, Amy Winehouse is probably in for another series of bashing. She’s really going to buy an island somewhere and move there after this one.

Enigmatic young Australian actress Isabel Lucas was spotted in deep conversation with hunk extraordinaire Taylor Lautner.

The sighting has started some buzz about a new Hollywood romance. Lautner, 17, is a rising star who appears in The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Robert Pattinson recently credited Lautner for his stellar acting work and leadership on the series.

Lucas, who earned rave reviews for her breakout performance alongside Megan Fox in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, was seen cosying up with Lautner at the Spike TV Scream Awards in Los Angeles.

The lissome Lucas, 24, is known for her anti-whaling activities and tourism endorsements in Australia. She is receiving much Hollywood interest and has been linked with Entourage star Adrian Grenier as well as another Australian, Chris Hemsworth.

The recently troubled pop singer is apparently about to enter the category of “pop legends” as he will be receiving an award for Outstanding Contribution to Music at the BRIT awards of next year. The chairman of the BRIT Committee said the following about Robbie Williams: “Robbie is one of the outstanding artists and performers of his generation. It will be an absolute thrill to have him at the BRITs 30th anniversary show receiving the Outstanding Contribution to Music Award. We are delighted.” Well, it looks like Robbie Williams’ impending nervous breakdown has finally paid off… he’s going to be rewarded for all of his stress and troubles. Oh happy days!

U2 have confirmed via video blog that their sold-out concert at the Pasadena Rose Bowl in California, Sunday 25th October 2009 will be streamed free, in full and live on YouTube. It’s the first time a show of this size will be streamed live.

The Rose Bowl show is the penultimate U2 show this year – with more to come in 2010 – and already is set to host the venue’s biggest ever audience of over 96, 000 fans. Brand is in the throes of a hot new relationship with US singer Katy Perry. But with her 25th birthday just around the corner, he is said to be planning a visit from a portable zoo to the tune of £20,000 (US$32,800).

A source said: “He has arranged for the zoo to arrive at Katy’s LA home for her birthday. She will be tickled pink.”

Perry’s passion for animals was revealed to Brand on a visit to The Grove in Los Angeles. “Russell took Katy to see the movie Where The Wild Things Are at The Grove’s cinema. She was really taken with the petting zoo temporarily set up next to the Farmers’ Market. There are real animals in one section and then this amazing fake menagerie for kids. You can milk the cow and ride on the pony. It’s very kitsch and fun,” the source explained.

Katy said she would love to indulge in the zoo but didn’t want to be photographed. The source added: “While she was looking at a goat being unloaded Russell got the contact details of the event organisers.”

Kendra Wilkinson has said pregnancy has changed her sex life for the worse.

The 24-year-old is expecting her first child, a boy, with husband Hank Baskett, 27, at Christmas and she admitted that her pregnant belly has put “limits” on her sexual activity.

She said: “Yes, it’s changed our sex life – for the worse [laughs]. I am a wild girl in bed and I can’t really be that wild any more because I have limits now.

“I have 40 extra pounds in my belly, so I get tired easily. But, no, of course, it’s still great. I have a great man in bed, he definitely knows how to please me. But, yeah, we’ll be better after when we have more energy!”

Despite the limits on her sex life, Kendra admitted she is feeling better than ever.

She added: “I have never felt this beautiful! The one thing I love about being pregnant is my skin, I used to have the worst acne. My whole life it’s been horrible – on the Girls Next Door, it was disgusting.

“This is the best skin that I have ever had in my life!”

David Beckham is to reportedly appear on a new range of condoms.

The Thyssen-Bornemisza museum in Madrid, Spain, has created a new line of condoms, which it is decorating with images from its Tears Of Eros art collection.

Works by famous artists including Rodin and Rubens are expected to feature on the packaging, as well as a still from British artist Sam Taylor-Wood’s 2004 video work, David, which shows the famous footballer sleeping.

Baroness Thyssen, who founded the museum, said: “I don’t see why anyone should be scandalised. It is a way of bringing art and responsibility together.”

After a rather intriguing video which appeared on the internet recently in which Kanye West stabs himself at the end, the so-called rumors that he is dead are not true. A topic was created on twitter named #RIPKanyeWest, but the rapper’s girlfriend, Amber Rose quickly took action and denied any and all rumors that Kanye West might be dead. She said: “This RIPKanyeWest topic is not funny and its NOT TRUE! He has people like myself and his family that love him very much. Its in extreme poor taste to have that as a trendy topic. It’s totally disrespectful to make up a story like this where all human” We shall overlook the fact that Amber Rose seems to have missed a few spelling classes and go directly to this monumental idea: it’s not funny to have a trendy topic about somebody’s death. Where was Amber Rose with these statements when Michael Jackson actually died? Of course, Kanye West wasn’t in trouble then so what was the point of speaking out?

At least this is what she herself says when talking about the criteria by which she chooses men. Joss Stone said the following on the matter: “We love for a man to be protective over us, we love for a man to want and have a little tiny bit of jealousy. So you go for those guys, but when you want to be the free spirit that you are and just disappear or go on a road trip for two days or to go on tour or whatever that is, then you run into problems because you’ve chosen a man that’s a little bit protective and possessive and jealous.” Oh yay, thanks to Joss Stone, the universe makes so much more sense now! Ex-basketball star Dennis Rodman allegedly stuck his hand up a woman’s skirt at a trendy Miami Beach nightclub.

It is claimed the notorious ladies’ man leant over and whispered something into the woman’s ear before reaching under her clothes and touching her inappropriately.

Police say the alleged victim – identified in an incident report as Jessica Cox – was left in tears and immediately told security guards.

It happened during a glittering fashion show after-party at the swanky LIV nightclub, at the Fontainebleau Hotel, in the early hours of Thursday.

Earlier that evening, the heavily tattooed 6ft 8ins NBA bad boy had sported bizarre silver and pink face paint and hit the catwalk during the charity fashion show.

He’d wowed crowds in an elaborate pink suit featuring a huge chiffon neck bow and furry cuffs.

Rodman, 48, is a well-known fixture on Miami’s party circuit and is often spotted puffing away on huge cigars while surrounded by a bevvy of beauties.

Through his rep, he has denied the allegation, claiming the woman is merely “trying to get money out of him”.

He has not been arrested but police have confirmed the investigation is ongoing.
