Michael Jackson’s live-in doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, has been somewhat uncooperative with police and has kept trying to avoid recent interrogations. Just last week, the US Drug Enforcement Agency and police officers raided the doctor’s Houston office where they reportedly seized several items. Now, some reports are saying that some of the doctor’s files have suddenly gone missing on the day of the King of Pop’s death. There are claims that two women were spotted going to the doctor’s storage facility in Houston and took with them files and several boxes. The women were spotted at 9:22AM. The police were called to the late singer’s home at 12:21PM. What did they take from storage?

Hollywood star Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 40th birthday by working on a movie set.

The actress did not take the day off to celebrate the milestone, and instead the mother-of-two dressed down in a New York hot-dog restaurant as she filmed The Back-Up Plan.

While Lopez appeared content to keep her actual birthday low-key, it’s been reported her husband Marc Anthony has organised a secret star-studded party in New York.

Stars including Tom Cruise and Victoria Beckham are rumoured to be flying into the Big Apple to attend the bash at a top-secret venue this weekend.

Despite her big birthday, J-Lo was far from her usual glamorous self as she slipped into a casual outfit as she ran through her lines with co-star Alex McLoughlin.

For the second day, Jennifer and Alex filmed scenes in a branch of the famous Gray’s Papaya hot-dog eaterie in Manhattan’s West Side.

J-Lo is shooting her first film in three years, in she which stars as Zoe, a woman who becomes pregnant with twins through in-vitro fertilisation, only to meet her dream man on the same day.

She has been filming the movie on location in New York since last month and has often been accompanied by her own 17-month-old twins Max and Emme.

When asked about her 40th birthday earlier this year, Lopez appeared reluctant to leave her 30s.

She said: ‘I don’t talk about it. And I don’t let Marc talk about it either!”

Chris Brown recently released a statement where he owns up to his actions in February and apologizing for severely beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna. The video the R&B singer released doesn’t really do anything for him. After you watch his apology, it should be clear to anyone with a brain even just the size of a peanut that he’s trying to salvage what little he has left of a career. This is so lame. If he had come out with this sooner, then maybe we could all believe it and forgive him over time. But the fact that he did this so late just screams publicity stunt to me.

Tito Jackson can’t seem to stop talking about his late brother, the King of Pop Michael Jackson. The former Jackson 5 member recently said that Michael’s dancing not only made him an icon but also helped the singer escape the abuse from their father Joe Jackson. Tito said “Most of the time Michael was so quick my father couldn’t hit him. He’d swing the belt and Michael would be over there, he’d swing again and Michael would be over here. My father used to just stop and laugh because he couldn’t hit him. Michael would just dance around him. My father would get tired and give up.”

Stella McCartney wants to convert Lindsay Lohan away from fur and leather attire.

McCartney has said she wants to persuade Lohan to say no to fur. Lohan is said to be a fan of McCartney’s clothing.

“Stella is concerned that Lindsay is going overboard with her use of leather. Lindsay wears a lot of Stella’s designs and she doesn’t want to be associated with such a high-profile star who insists on wearing animal products,” a source said.

The fashion designer daughter of Sir Paul McCartney did not succeed when she tried to talk Kate Moss and Madonna out of fur.

A spokesperson for Stella said: “She never uses fur and encourages everyone to opt for a vegetarian lifestyle.”

Phil Spector’s first wife, Annette Merar, 65, has been reported missing, the Los Angeles Police Department said.

Merar was described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. She is a diabetic. Her family said she may appear to be confused. Merar has been reported missing from her home in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, California.

Spector, who is remarried to a fourth wife, is currently serving out a sentence of 19 years to life in a California jail for the second degree murder of actress Lana Clarkson at his home in 2003.

Spector and wife Rachelle Short were married in 2006.

Contrary to earlier reports, the LAPD’s investigation of Michael Jackson’s death is not being treated as a homicide. An officer informed reporters on Wednesday that the investigation regarding the singer’s sudden death is still ongoing and is on no way defined as a homicide case. The King of Pop’s live-in doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, who many believe to have supplied Michael with Propofol, is still being questioned by the authorities. In contrast, Michael’s dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, has been cleared after turning over the complete medical records of the singer to the LA County Coroner’s office. I still think there’s something fishy with Dr. Klein though.

Katherine Jackson has found the space to let her tears for Michael flow.

“It’s finally hit her. She’s been crying a lot. Her eyes are constantly red. She can’t believe Michael is gone,” said a source.

Katherine has been meeting her duty as temporary guardian to Jackson’s three young children while confronting the loss of her phenomenally talented son.

“She feels horrible for those children,” the source said of Paris, 11, Prince Michael I, 12, and Blanket, seven. “[But] she’s determined to remain strong for them,” the source added.

The custody hearing for the children is set for July 20. Katherine was named as guardian in a will of Jackson’s that surfaced after his death.

Katherine is fiercely protective of all her family, the source continued. “She is very upset about all the Joe bashing and all the things that are being said about him. Michael’s kids love Grandpa Joe. Hearing him trashed makes Katherine really angry.”

Mariah Carey is shows off her assets in the music video for her new single Obsessed.

The video, which premiered during America’s Got Talent on Wednesday evening features Carey playing various stalkers who want to get close to their favourite star – the singer herself.

One stalker is bell-boy; another is a hip-hop-loving character who looks like Detroit rapper Eminem and who comes to an unfortunate end when he is hit by a bus.

It had been reported that Mariah was responding to Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, who had a dig at her in the recent hit Bagpipes From Baghdad.

However, Carey recently took to Twitter to deny those claims.

She wrote: “I am NOT at any point in the video playing a specific person. I’m dressed as a ’stalker’ in 3 different ensembles.”

Obsessed is the first single from Mariah’s new album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, which is due for release on August 25.

Michael Jackson’s heartbroken children last night (Tues) stepped out in public for the first time since the King of Pop’s funeral.

The late singer’s son’s Prince Michael and Blanket, and daughter Paris put on a brave face as they were taken to a Jehova’s Witnesses service in Los Angeles.

Michael’s oldest sister Rebbie Jackson, their nanny Grace Rwaramba and some cousins, accompanied the youngsters to the Kingdom Hall.

Paris, who made a moving speech about her love for her dad at his public memorial service last week, could be seen carrying a ‘Sing Praises To Jehova’ book as she walked into the service.

Some but not all of the test results of Michael Jackson’s autopsy are back.

It is widely believed that crucial toxicology results have been returned.

“Some of the test results are in for Michael Jackson, not all of them. We don’t release a partial list of results, we wait until all of the results are in and then make it public,” Ed Winter, assistant chief coroner in Los Angeles, revealed.

Winter said: “We are going to try and give the media one day’s notice about the announcement. I can’t comment on if the brain of Michael Jackson has been returned to the family, nor any other elements of the investigation.”

Winter indicated his office hasn’t shared the test results with the Jackson family.

Whether or not the investigation into Jackson’s sudden death on June 25 turns into a criminal probe is expected to hinge on the toxicology report.

More and more rumblings are coming out that Michael Jackson’s rumored drug abuse problem was linked to anaesthesia. Reports have suggested that he had doctors prescribe the medication to use in his home, something that is never done. Now, reports are saying that the late singer had many medical procedures, many that didn’t require anaesthesia, simply so he could request for it. The procedures were mostly as minor as collagen injections, Botox and acne treatment but he would demand to be put under or sedated even though it wasn’t medically necessary. If this is true, it not only gives us a glimpse into the King of Pop’s drug problem but also the amount of surgeries that he endured.

Britney Spears is tapping into some Australian model talent – but for her songs, not her look.

Spears has been in touch with songwriting twins and models Olivia and Miriam Nervo, who are billed as an emerging international pop act.

Spears has asked the Nervo Sisters to write some new material for her following the success of their work overseas. The pair have written a song that topped the British charts last month, the catchy When Love Takes Over. The song was performed by David Guetta and former Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland.

Spears considered the Nervo Sisters’ work in the past, but did not include the track she eyed

on her album. Olivia Nervo has had a local hit titled Boob Job.

Despite being pregnant, Grammy and Oscar-winning singer and actress Jennifer Hudson attended and gave a wonderful performance of ‘Will You Be There (Hold Me)’ at the Michael Jackson public memorial service which was held at the Staples Center this past Tuesday in Los Angeles. The song was released as one of the late King of Pop’s singles in 1993. The song also appeared on the soundtrack to the movie ‘Free Willy’. Michael’s music proves to be timeless and I can only hope that his music will live on and forever be remembered. I actually feel sorry for future generations for not getting the chance to see the master do his thing. Rest in peace.

Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris believes her famous father has “gone to live with the angels” after his sudden death, a friend of the pop legend has revealed.

Jackson died suddenly in LA on 25 June, after reportedly suffering a heart attack. He left behind his three children Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, six, who is also known as Blanket.

Jacko’s long-term pal Mark Lester spoke to the superstar’s daughter Paris two days after the singer’s tragic death, he revealed.

“I spoke with Paris who told me: ‘Mark, don’t worry, Daddy has gone to live with the angels now. Can we still come and stay with you?’” said the Oliver! actor, who is godfather to the three children.

Lester also dismissed rumours that Jackson was stressed out preparing for his upcoming tour, and said that he had never looked so good.

“I’d never seen him [Michael] so invigorated or alive. He was excited in that kind of way he had which was enchanting,” said Lester.

Lester also revealed that the King of Pop’s youngest son Blanket could be the “next Michael Jackson”.

“He [Blanket] could easily be the next Michael Jackson. He loved to dance with his dad and Michael taught him to do the moonwalk.”

Coldplay wants to be nice to their fans and promote their live CD ‘LeftRightLeftRightLeft’ while they’re at it. For the rest of the band’s concerts this year, they will be giving away free live CDs to everyone who attends their shows, not including festivals. According the their website, starting with their first North American tour date on May 15th, “every fan attending a show will be given a free copy of the nine-track CD, which won’t be available elsewhere.” Also on that date, the album will be available to download for free on their site. The free CDs are apparently meant as a “recession-busting mark of gratitude to everyone who’s supported them.” Coldplay says “Playing live is what we love. This album is a thank you to our fans – the people who give us a reason to do it and make it happen.”

British songstress Leona Lewis has suffered a horse-riding incident when her own horse delivered a nasty headbutt. The horse, which was a birthday present from her friends, turned on Leona after an early morning ride and hit her in the face so hard that it split her lip open and knocked her to the floor. According to sources “Leona has been riding since she was a child and has never had a fear of horses. So she was really shaken up when the horse turned on her. Something startled the horse and it flicked its head back and smacked Leona full in the face. She was knocked flying by the force of it. Thankfully she didn’t need any surgery, but she was told to stay at home and rest just in case she passed out with concussion.” Unlike Madonna, Leona isn’t blaming anyone or anything for the incident.

Kevin Jonas, the eldest of the Jonas Brothers, is now officially off the market. The 21-year old singer recently got engaged to marry his girlfriend of 2 years, Danielle. His parents, Kevin Sr. and Denise Jonas released a statement regarding the news, saying “Our hearts are filled with joy today and we are happy to share with you that our son Kevin has asked Danielle Deleasa for her hand in marriage. Her answer was yes and it is such a blessing that she will be joining our family. Kevin and Danielle have not yet set a date.
