Jonas Brothers Delivered

You can call the Jonas Brothers every name in the book if you want but you certainly can’t call them liars. As they promised, the band of brothers did surprise some lucky fans by popping up at a screening of their new 3D film. Nick, Kevin and Joe showed up at the midnight premiere of their 3D movie at the El Capitan in Hollywood last night. A source reports that they treated the audience to an acoustic set before the movie began. Big Rob even showed up to rap on one of the songs! The Jonas Brothers performed ‘SOS’, ‘Love Bug’ and ‘Burnin Up’.
Amy Winehouse’s flame still burns

The singer who has only recently learned of her soon to be former husband’s release from prison is flying back to England in order to try and work things out with him. A friend of Amy Winehouse’s had this to say: “Hearing Blake was out brought lots of emotions back for Amy. She feels like she was the last to know he was getting released and that hurt. She is desperate to see him again and wants to work things out. She still loves him.” Strange how this story never seems to get old at all. Still, Amy Winehouse should probably refrain from getting her hopes up since Blake Fielder Civil is determined to go ahead with the divorce. Way to go Blake… but he’ll probably back out for some reason, I’m sure Amy Winehouse still has an ace up her sleeve she hasn’t used yet.
Zac Elfron about his high-school life

The actor from “High School Musical” recently admitted that his high-school experience wasn’t all that great. Here are Zac Efron’s words: “I was average I had a lot of friends but I was not in that ultra cool circle. I was a bit of a class clown. I guess to get through the tedium of the quadratic formula, I thought everyone was fair game. Between self-discovery and the social hierarchy, high school can be the most confusing time of your life.” What’s so confusing about it? You get in, you survive, you move on. What’s the big mystery? The mystery appears after everybody sees movies like the one Zac Efron stared in and imagines that’s the way high-school is supposed to be… and boy are they in for a nasty surprise.
Miley Cyrus at the Oscars

Even though she was not a presenter nor was she nominated, Miley Cyrus decided to show up to the 2009 Academy Awards which were held on Sunday. The Disney star was even one of the very first to hit the red carpet. And you just have to wonder what the heck she was thinking by wearing that dress. She does not look like a pretty flower. I bet that thing weighs like a ton too. Most people who just go to the Oscars for no apparent reason are the ones who just try to get attention anyway. It must be the sole purpose of the dress.
Hilary Duff’s hockey player

The actress has made an interesting confession about what happens at her boyfriend’s, Mike Comrie who plays for the NY Islanders, hockey games. Hilary Duff told about the fans that like to get her tempers up when she attends the games: “I like to sit in the audience, you know I don’t sit up in a box or anything, and people started to know that I’m sitting there, and they’ll be like ‘Mike sucks!’ Or they try to rile me up and I’m like, ‘Hey, watch it! I’ll come up there, you know.’ But I try to not be that crazy girlfriend.” All with great success so far, but one can’t hope but think of the day when Hilary Duff might lose it and go postal on the other hockey fans… would probably add an interesting sideline to the game itself.

Carrie Underwood Ducks for Cover

Carrie Underwood came out to support her hockey player boyfriend Mike Fisher at the Nashville Predators VS Ottawa Senators game last Monday at the Sommet Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The singer and the Canadian cutie have been dating for just a few months. The 25-year old American Idol champ was briefly shown on the Jumbotron screen for the entire rink to see. But after noticing that there was a camera on her, she quickly and hilariously ducks for cover. Despite the funny, Carrie was good luck for the 28-year old Mike and his team, as the Senators won over the Predators 2-0.

Now it’s Chris Brown versus martial arts expert

Chris Brown has been getting a lot of flak lately not just from fans but from LA Boxing president Anthony Geisler who challenged Chris Brown to a ring fight through his Facebook. Anthoiny Geisler is a mixed martial arts and kickboxing expert who belongs to the world’s largest martial arts training organiation. Anthony Geisler’s Facebook title “I Want To Fight Chris Brown” is enough to show his disgust over the domestic violent incident involving Chris Brown and his girlfriend Rihanna. Geisler said the R&B siinger should slug it out with him in the ring so he can fight with a real opponent.
Anthony Geisler’s challenge to Chris Brown was the former’s way of showing disgust versus Chris Brown who was arrested and booked by the Los Angeles Police for assaulting Rihanna. A photo of Rihanna, which made its round in the Internet recently, shows the singer’s lips swollen and bloodied while her face showed contusions and bite marks. Chris Brown apologized for his actions and said he is seeking counseling and therapy. No less than 45 people have signified their intention to fight Chris Brown after Anthony Geisler is finished with him.

GQ ‘s Most Stylish Man is Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake has been around in the music industry for a long period now and after all these years of churning out hits after hits he still posses all the charms and style that no other artist has managed to do in recent years.
Now men’s magazine GQ has named Justin as the Most Stylish Man in America and that is just another confirmation that he is amongst the most celebrated and popular contemporary artist of the past decade. New York based DJ Mark Ronson was second on the list.
This chap is the person in the music industry wherever he goes whatever he does he is simply a cut above the rest and the best part about him is that he never indulges into self-promotion like the others. You can always hear Kanye West, 50 Cents and the likes speaking self-praising notes about themselves.
But Justin has kept himself away from all this. He goes performs and strikes you with his cool laid back completely chill out attitude and his popularity keeps growing.
