CODY LINLEY IS SLOWLY BECOMING A MONSTER

November 17th, 2008 | Category: Dancing with the Stars, Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus’ Hannah Montana boyfriend (and possibly real life boyfriend, WHAT HAPPENED TO JUSTIN?), Cody Linley, is apparently growing up to be a pervert.
Cody is one of the semi-finalists on this season’s Dancing With the Stars on ABC, and has raised eyebrows with some of his antics.
Star magazine reports that 18-year old Cody has turned into a heavy-drinking, butt-grabbing “monster” when out with his Dancing friends.
They also claim that he on a very recent night out he puked into a cocktail glass and was shuffled out of view into a producer’s car.
If this is happening, what is he and Miley getting into when she hung out at his apartment late into that one evening he hinted at?
HMMMMMMM.

Ellen responded to the revelation by saying “He broke up with you on the phone? That’s not right.†Taylor then responds with “It’s all right – I’m cool. You know what, it’s like, when I find that person that is right for me, he’ll be wonderful. When I look at that person, I’m not even going to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 27 seconds when I was 18.â€Â

Ashlee Simpson celebrates pregnancy with baby shower:

November 09th, 2008 | Category: Ashlee Simpson

The newly famous Ashlee seems to be really excited about her upcoming child birth and has recently organized a baby shower to this extent. One must wonder though how excited the little unborn must feel to be fathered by a man who only earlier this year stated bluntly on the cover of Out Magazine “Yeah, I’m a fag†just because, and quote, “I know I am going to get a reactionâ€Â. It seems that the future of the human race is assured with such well-influenced offspring getting ready to come into our world.

Fall Out Boy Breaks Records

November 08th, 2008 | Category: Fall Out Boy, Pete Wentz, Radio, Records Sale

The band Fall Out Boy has just set a new record and oddly enough, it has nothing to do with the amount of albums sold. It seems that the guys did a record-breaking 72 radio interviews in one day. That’s a Guinness World Record folks! On Halloween day, Pete Wentz and lead vocalist Patric Vaughn Stump took to their challenge and began at the ungodly hour of 3AM with the calls. The guys managed to beat the previous record for the ‘Most Interviews on Radio in a 24 Hour Period by a Pair of Two’ which was set back in May 2008 with 57 radio calls in 24 hours.

Warriors of Time Animated Series from Black Tide

November 06th, 2008 | Category: Music Video

Black Tide has just launched their Warriors of Time Animation series. The six part series is explained best by the band themselves, “Our Hero, known as The Bastard, is a living embodiment of metal music. We pit him against a robotic legion whose influence spans all of time and space. The song speaks to the urge in everyone to rage and rock out against all outside expectations. It is a call to arms against a mundane existence, and the Bastard is always there to answer in force, slaughtering the robot conformist authority for the sake of youth, rebellion, and the undying spirit of true metal.â€Â

Hayden Panettiere praises celebrity politics

November 04th, 2008 | Category: Barack Obama, Hayden Panettiere, Politics

This year’s US Presidential Elections have received a spirited wave of celebrity participation which we have never experienced in the past.

The major reason for this enthusiastic participation was the campaigning of a black man – Barack Obama, a very old man – John McCain and a hockey mom from Alaska – Sarah Palin.

The elegant actress Hayden Panettiere has also praised the celebrities for taking keen interest in the politics and playing their part in making the minds of the people.

Panettiere insisted that this involvement of stars has awakened the interest of new generation in the politics of the country.

The “Heroes†hottie said, “One of the major reasons why, especially young people, have come out and done so much to play a part in this election – and who are really getting out there and voting this time around – is because of the celebrity endorsements, because of how popular this election has become, and how much in the news, and how much it’s taken over, you know, our society.â€Â

Well done, Panettiere!

Miley Cyrus Hovers

November 03rd, 2008 | Category: Album, Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus has a fun collaboration in the works with her older half-brother Trace Cyrus who happens to be the front man for Metro Station. Trace tells PopEater that “[We] worked on a song together called ‘Hovering’. [Miley] just informed me that we might do a music video for that and push towards alternative radio. It’s kind of a more rock, edgy song for her, but I love the song. It’s great.†Let’s hope that what he said of the song rings true because otherwise, it will just be another reason for me to call Miley a poser. ‘Hovering’ will be featured on the platinum-edition of Miley’s ‘Breakout’ album which is due to drop in stores on November 18th.

As they say, misery loves company. So it’s always better to just be happy and be positive to stay happy.

MIA has hit song ‘Paper Planes’

November 01st, 2008 | Category: MIA

MIA recently sat down with Rolling Stone talking about the unexpected crossover success of her hit song ‘Paper Planes’. She said “I always took pride in being a little underground  it really is a very unlikely record to cross over. The other songs on the chart are Katy Perry and the Jonas Brothers, then you see ‘Paper Planes’ and it’s cool because there’s hope. Let’s hope that there’s much more to come from MIA and other crossover artists. I’m starting to get tired of the same sound from other mainstream artists really.
