The guys in Plain White T’s have learned a bit about life since “Hey There Delilah” and that’s no more evident than in the new video for the infectious single, “Natural Disaster”. No longer is the band wallowing after long gone college sweethearts; this time they’re the ones with the upper hand as they swagger into the club and can have their pick of any girl who crosses their path. After being nominated for two VMAs (best new artist and best pop video), Tokio Hotel have extended their US stay and are set to take over Hollywood with performances on Jimmy Kimmel (9/9) and at local landmark Hollywood & Highland (9/6). Fans are in for a treat as Kimmel has invited the band to rock out on the infamous outdoor stage with a 5-song set including hit single “Monsoon.” Fandemonium is sure to ensue as the 10 craziest fans at Hollywood & Highland will be awarded VIP treatment with early admission to the Kimmel performance and their fifteen minutes of fame on national TV. For an intimate look at a Tokio Hotel’s live performance, check them out performing “Monsoon” on the radio for the very first time in the US. The band stopped by Hot 95.7 in Houston before their show, and as usual, caused a fan frenzy on the phone lines. Bill, Tom, Georg and Gustav also stuck around for an interview where they dished on everything from the Jonas Brothers to touring in the US to Bill’s signature look.

The Veronicas are wrapping up their dates with the Jonas Brothers and heading out on the road with another trio of brothers. Lisa and Jess will hop on tour with Hanson for a slew of dates beginning September 21st in Dallas through October 7th in Alabama. The girls released Hook Me Up in the US last week, and the album can be purchased here. Teen country music sensation Taylor Swift has released a new music video for her song ‘Love Story’ which is the first official single off of her sophomore studio effort ‘Fearless’. Here’s the chorus to the song so you can sing along if you hear it or see the video: “Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone/I’ll be waiting, all there’s left to do is run/You be the prince and I’ll be the princess/It’s a love story, baby, just say yes.” By the way, the guy in the video is ‘Nashville Star’ contestant Justin Gaston. If his name sounds familiar to you, he’s the guy who’s been recently linked to Miley Cyrus.

American Idol winner Jordin Sparks told Entertainment Weekly that she stands by the comment that she made at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards but she wishes that she could have reworded it a bit. She said “It’s something I feel strongly about. I wish I would’ve worded it differently — that somebody who doesn’t wear a promise ring isn’t necessarily a slut — but I can’t take it back now. It was a split-second thing, and it came out kind of wrong. Still, I don’t regret it.” When she was asked about how she felt about 2008 MTV VMAs host Russell Brand, Jordin said “I have nothing against him at all.”

KT Tunstall’s wait has finally ended as she is officially married to Luke Bullen. According to People, the couple wed on a Scottish island. The 33-year old singer held the ceremony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the Isle of Skye. A pal of the singer says “They wanted to keep it as a private event for family and friends. It was just as they wanted it!” KT wore a strapless gown covered with crystals and finished off her look with simple jewellery. There were 150 guests to witness the ceremony and celebrate with the happy couple. Congratulations to KT and her new husband!

Someone definitely got off lucky as the insane guy who snuck on stage and pushed Oasis singer Noel Gallagher into some speakers in the middle of a Canadian gig last weekend was charged with assault on Monday. The assailant is lucky that the bad boys from Manchester didn’t get a good hold of him. The Gallaghers are the type of guys that you wouldn’t even dare to look at if you ran into them on the street. The attacker obviously didn’t know who he was dealing with. After his attack, the boys didn’t hesitate to fight back. Too bad they weren’t able to finish the job as they still had a show to do.

Something must be in the air as Natasha Bedinfield, the British singer of ‘The Hills’ theme song ‘Unwritten’ has just gotten engaged to her American boyfriend of two years, businessman Matthew Robinson. She revealed the news at the Calvin Klein Fashion Week event last weekend. Natasha told the media present that “It just happened. But I am so excited, and it happened in New York. And I want to share it with the world.” She also admitted that she’s ready to start a family. I don’t think Hollywood can handle any more of the baby rush. Who isn’t having a kid these days? A date hasn’t been set for the wedding though with the singer saying “We haven’t thought about a date. We’re just celebrating.” Congratulations to Natasha!

Disney princess Demi Lovato told MTV News about showmanship, gossip sites and friends all in one story recently. She said “I fell at a show this one time. Actually, I’ve fallen several times — like, four times already. But this one time I fell, it was the only one that made Perez Hilton and YouTube. I didn’t think anything of it when it happened. I just laughed it off onstage. But the next day, I see that it hit the Internet, and I was like, ‘Nooooooo.’ It totally stung, because I wasn’t expecting it. But I didn’t get hurt, and Joe [Jonas] helped me out a lot with that. He made a ton of jokes about it.” Aww, how sweet.

Jessica Simpson hosted a listening party in Nashville for her new country album ‘Do You Know’ last week. She said to the crowd, who were mostly from the industry, that “I’m a little nervous. If I throw up, I’m sorry.” I think the more appropriate comment was that if the crowd threw up, she was sorry. Here’s something on the juicy side though, before the song ‘Sippin’ on History’, the blonde bombshell said “It’s about a relationship in my life that could have been a fairy tale, but wasn’t.” I wonder which relationship she’s talking about, the one with Nick Lachey or John Mayer or Dane Cook.

After talking about her ex-boytoy Nick Jonas (who’s currently dating Selena Gomez) she’s was seen bringing this hot underwear model “friend” Justin Gaston along with her family to church.
The 20 year-old fame whoring stud recently appeared as a contestant on this past season of the little-watched Nashville Star show hosted by her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus.

The pair was seen going to church on Sunday, both wearing jeans and tank tops (in church?), the two decided to go on a second date on Monday!
They were seen at Century City mall in Los Angeles. According to eyewitnesses, the “happy couple” got out at the valet on Santa Monica Boulevard and proceeded to walk through the mall. They were “holding hands the whole time.”(awwwwww)
