Pete Wentz has confirmed that Fall Out Boy have not split up but are just “on a break”.

The 30-year-old star recently left fans worried when he posted messages on his Twitter page saying that he didn’t think he would be playing with the band again.

However, he has now said to E! online: “We’re just on a break. I think that after having Bronx, and with my wife [Ashlee Simpson] having this much of a workload right now, it has been such a good thing for me.

“There’s nothing I wanna be better at in the world than being a dad.”

Well, it sure didn’t take her long to realize what to do with all of that stuff she has gathered. It seems Lindsay Lohan has decided that she has to sell all her junk if she ever hopes to move forward emotionally. This is what her mother said on the matter: “Lindsay’s growing up and she’s been through a lot. She’s trying to move forward. We’re donating a lot of it to charity. Some of it will go on our Web site lohanhouse.com. It’s not just stuff that she bought. A lot if it is gifted so it’s not necessarily stuff she buys. Like, a company will send five pairs of jeans. So we’re going to donate items like that.” Right… that might add a bit more value to what Lindsay Lohan is trying to sell. And afterwards she can go ahead and use that money for her charities, like starlets without yachts and so forth.

Although Fall Out Boy formally announced a hiatus last summer, it appears that it could be the end of the band for good. Bassist Pete Wentz recently posted a message on his website saying “As much as i don’t have a solo project, i also can’t predict that i’d ever play in fall out boy again. not due to personal relationships as much as a band we grew apart. in this statement id like to include there is the possibility that fob will play again with out me or i will be a part of it when everyone is on the same page. it is no ones fault and there is no animosity about the decision.” Lead singer Patrick Stump seems to think the same thing as he said “I’m not in Fall Out Boy right now, but one way or another, the band will always be around. Steven Tyler isn’t in Aerosmith anymore, but his gravestone will probably say something about Aerosmith. Whether we play again or not, I don’t know. If we do, it will be for the right reasons. If we don’t, it will also be for the right reasons.”

American Idol hopeful General Larry Platt just took in-flight entertainment to the next level as the wannabe singer recently busted out and impromptu performance of ‘Pants on the Ground’ during a flight from LA to Atlanta the morning after the Grammys. Apparently, passengers recognized the General and then begged him to do it. Larry performed the song in the aisle in coach. He was even the last person to get off the plane because the pilots and flight attendants wanted to meet him. He’s such a cool guy really. He most definitely beats William Hung’s popularity by miles! Heck, he might even get better recognition than the other Idol rejects.

Pamela Anderson has signed up to appear on Dancing With The Stars, according to US reports.

The one-time Baywatch babe will appear on the upcoming series of the show, a source close to the star has revealed.

In a move likely to boost male viewing figures, Anderson, 42, and the show have agreed to all terms for a deal and the deal is done, the source said.

“Pam is thrilled and so is the show,” the mole said.

Donny Osmond was crowned champion on the previous season of the popular program, which has also featured Heather Mills, Kelly Osbourne and Jerry Springer.

“She really wanted to do the show and the show thought it was a great idea,” the source said.

It seems that the front man from The Foo Fighters was really marked by the fact that he became a father… and this is apparently reflected in his work too. David Grohl explained the monumental change: “It’s changed everything that I do. When you have kids, you see life through different eyes. You feel love more deeply and are maybe a little more compassionate. It’s inevitable that that would make its way into your songwriting. I used to tour nine months out of the year. Now I don’t like being away from my kids for more than 12 days.” At least David Grohl is one of those so few that write music out of sentiment and not sales figures. And it’s not so uncommon that having kids makes you have less time for other stuff… that part’s pretty clear, nothing extraordinary there.

Lily Allen can’t seem to make it through a performance or even a solid 24 hours before falling face down. After performing a set at Australia’s Big Day Out Festival this past weekend, the singer tumbled to the ground on the way to her car. Sources say that Lily was her usual drunken self while performing. Later, when she left and hit the ground, the same source says that her people had to recover from laughing before they helped her up again. I guess it’s just another day at work for those guys. Witnesses say that Lily didn’t look injured but that she did require some assistance getting into the car.

These are the latest and rather unusual rumors from the Aerosmith camp. It seems that Billy Idol was supposed to meet up with Joe Perry but couldn’t go through with it because of health issues. The general idea is that Billy Idol might be the sought-after replacement for Steven Tyler in Aerosmith. A source said the following about the singer’s meeting with Joe Perry: “Joe said he wanted to talk to Billy about joining Aerosmith, because the band were having problems with Steven. As far as I know Idol did not show up due to having a cold.” It’s not that Steven Tyler’s shoes don’t fit Billy Idol… it’s just that they’re probably not something he would wear. Ah, the cold, such a classic excuse for avoiding things.

Julia Roberts is handing out X-rated advice for women to keep their men happy on Valentine’s Day.

The Oscar-winning actress joked that women should “take your top off”, during a press conference for her new romantic movie.

Roberts was on a panel with eight other stars from the film including Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Garner, Ashton Kutcher, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Shirley MacLaine, George Lopez, Topher Grace, Hector Elizondo and director Garry Marshall to promote the film Valentine’s Day.

When a woman asked for her tips on how to “make him make me happy on Valentine’s Day” Roberts made a face and at first said: “Wow. Can we at least dim the lights?”

As her co-stars laughed, Roberts then quipped: “Okay, wait a minute. How long have you been with your boyfriend? You have sex with him?”

As the embarrassed woman hesitated, Roberts said firmly: “You’re the one that brought it up. You opened Pandora’s box! Where’s the problem? We can fix this.

“Make a nice dinner reservation now, because that’s the biggest night out of the year, have a nice glass of wine, and take your top off!”

The singer and her fiancée, Swizz Beatz have apparently taken a step forward in their relationship as they are moving in together. But they’re not just moving in anywhere, no, Alicia Keys and her soon to be husband are going to be moving into Lenny Kravitz’s old place in New York. Apparently they bought the singer’s former penthouse with 14.5 million dollars. Well, that would probably have made a few thousand Haitians very, very happy, but hey, who can stand in the way of a young couple’s happiness. Even if the marriage doesn’t really last too long. After all, how come they got engaged before moving in together… somehow, that doesn’t seem to be too much of a logical chain of events.

Wedding bells are about to ring for Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper, according to US reports.

After dating for about six months, the pair, who have each been married once before, are said to be ready to walk down the aisle.

“Bradley has fast-tracked the romance and he’s ready to get married,” an insider reportedly told In Touch magazine.

“He’ll probably get down on one knee and propose in a romantic setting – and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was on Valentine’s Day.”

The wedding would take place sooner rather than later, the magazine reported.

A-Team star Cooper is said to have even gone shopping for a ring during a trip to New York.

“He already has a setting he likes, but he visited various jewellers on 47th Street, including I. Friedman & Son, to look for a stone,” the source reportedly said. “He wore a hat and dark glasses and just walked right in.”

Actor Josh Duhamel has said he was ‘very angry’ that details of his wedding vow renewal ceremony were leaked.

Duhamel, 37, recently renewed his vows with wife Fergie, 34, and revealed the best part was that she knew nothing about it.

He said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show: “It was honestly supposed to be our little thing.”

He added: “We rented a helicopter. The best part… she had no idea what we were going to do.”

Duhamel told wife Fergie, who is a singer in band the Black Eyed Peas, that she had to meet him at 3pm on January 6 earlier this year at an unknown location.

However, he was annoyed when details of their trip to the Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara were leaked by some of the staff.

He said: “They were supposed to keep that quiet and they blabbed it. I’m very angry with you Bacara… I’d like a suite for free!”

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen has revealed that she gave birth to her baby son in a bathtub.

The catwalk beauty told a Brazilian TV show reporter that her son Benjamin was delivered at home in the bath.

The interview is set to be aired on TV show Fantastico this weekend.

In a preview, the reporter, who spoke to Bündchen, 29, during a fashion shoot in Boston, Massachusetts, said: “Gisele gives off simplicity, spirituality, shows that she has concern with living well, being happy and, now, with being an excellent mum.

“From what I saw in the interview, I’d say she’s right on track.”

Brazilian Bündchen, who is married to American Football star Tom Brady, returned to modelling just seven weeks after giving birth at the couple’s Boston home, in December.

Previous reports had suggested that baby Benjamin was born at a local hospital.

Britney Spears’ former husband recently came out and admitted that he has been gaining a lot of weight recently because he is tackling depression. This is what Kevin Federline said on the matter: “Once you get depressed, you don’t really feel like doing anything. You’re kind of discouraged about yourself and then the weight gain too, or that makes me more depressed. Comedian Rosie O’Donnell has revealed she will move in with new girlfriend Tracy Kachtick-Anders and her six children.

The 46-year-old, appearing on the Oprah Winfrey Show, said they first met after Kachtick-Anders wrote to the comedian through her blog.

O’Donnell said she fell for her when she read an article saying she was a mother-of-six, a gay foster care rights activist, an artist and a surfer who likes to garden and recycles.

“I wrote to her and said ‘is this for real or is this a joke?’ Because if I had gone on match.com and put ‘what do you want in a person’ it would be kind of everything that was in that article.”

O’Donnell said they will be moving in together “as soon as we can arrange the kids thing and where she lives in Texas”.

She added: “I’m very happy.”

Brothers & Sisters star Rob Lowe has said he is a terrible liar and thinks acting is to blame.

The 45-year-old, who will be leaving the hit show at the end of the season, said he believes his profession has turned him into a terrible liar.

He said to OK!: “I think actors are horrible liars because what we do for a living is try to tell the truth in completely arbitrary, fake situations. The better actor you are, the worse liar you are, and the worse actor you are, the better liar you are.”

However, he added: “Without lying, there’s no potential. There’s no self-defeat that can tell you you’re more than poor and a loser. I think that’s the most important lie. Without that lie, we’re all stuck in how we’re born, and we can never seek anything outside of that.”

The Hangover star Bradley Cooper has a new hangout – a $1.25million townhouse he plans to use as his new office.

Cooper, who is currently dating Bridget Jones star Renee Zellweger, just purchased the town house in the 35-unit Dogtown Station in Venice, Los Angeles.

According to a report, the actor plans to use it as office space for his Indiana & 22nd production company.

The 2,198 square feet of loft space has glass walls, nine- to 18-foot ceilings and polished concrete and hardwood plank flooring.

There is a gated garage entry and a private rooftop deck with skyline and ocean views.

Cooper’s unit is zoned as both a live and work space and occupies three levels and includes two bedrooms, a loft room and two bathrooms.

The 35-year-old actor, who plays Lt. Templeton ‘Faceman’ Peck in the upcoming movie The A-Team based on the hit 80s TV show, already owns a home in Venice.

Russell Crowe’s wife Danielle Spencer said she knows her music career may be judged ‘more harshly’ because of her famous husband.

The 40-year-old Australian star is returning to music after having a break to have her children with Crowe – Charles, six, and Tennyson, three.

She said: “I went from being this musician who had just put out an album to suddenly being married to this person that everyone was interested in for weird reasons which had nothing to do with me.

“And then I got pregnant straight away, so it was an odd period of adjustment. There were definitely a couple of years where I needed to get my balance.”

She added: “But I don’t feel defensive about what I’m doing. I like to keep a low profile, and Russell’s the same. We don’t court the limelight. The attention we get… that’s out of my control.

“Some people may judge me more harshly but I hope that the majority will just listen to the music and take it for what it is.”
